To hell with this website.
I ordered 2 items from that website and one was out of stock, so they said they would return me my money for the shirt that was out of stock.
I only received back the money for shipping but they did not give me back the shirt which I paid for.
They cheat your money! Do NOT ever trust them! And plus my package has been stuck in USA since forEVER. I emailed them about the shirt which I paid for and end up it's out of stock, and they refuse to reply me.

Well, i ordered a pair of very cute wedges on October 4th, 2013. I picked 4-7 day shipping, and waited the full 7 days (i didn't count Saturday, Sunday). By the 7th day i 1. Didn't have my shoes 2. Didn't even have a tracking number. After half an hour on their website i finally found an email address to contact them, so i did. I told them my situation and they gave me my tracking number but then told me i put in my address wrong so it was sent back to where it was shipped from (Which was fine) i had to give them my address TWICE after that. On the 17th it says my package was delivered to Louisville Kentucky and signed by an unknown person (I Live in Indiana, not Kentucky) I emailed them today (October 26th) and they are FINALLY "Contacting" their "Shipping Specialist". NEVER ORDER FROM PLNDR.

While this site has great deals on their clothing, accessories and shoes... etc... It just sucks to have to scroll through a TON of stuff, click on one item to check it out, only to be bounced back to the very beginning of the list of stuff you were looking at. I don't know who created that site but they need to sort things out better. Maybe group the clothing in a more organize way. I don't know, but that part it was deters me from shopping on it more.

I wish there was a negative rating option, PLNDR is the absolute WORST. My first order took well over a month to arrive. The items weren't as pictured on the site, so I returned them and had to pay for my own postage. I never received confirmation that my package had arrived, even though my return # PLNDR provided (the RA) was clearly written in multiple places. I called PLNDR to find out if they received my package and even though I called from a landline, my call was dropped three times. The fourth time, I was put on hold with obnoxious and unprofessional blaring music for 40 minutes. I spoke with a someone and my package had arrived just fine one week ago and apparently, it was just sitting there and my account wasn't credited. So we took care of that over the phone.
I attempted to make a new order online but their system was messed up and my store credit promo code wasn't working. So I had to make another dreaded call (dropped calls, blaring music, long wait time) to place the order. It took about three weeks to arrive. When it did, neither of the items fit and the sizing charts PLNDR provided on their website were far from true. I sent one item back to exchange for a different size (of course I had to pay for my own shipping) and the other order I spent $70 tailoring it to fit because there were so many ill-fitting parts. ($70 tailoring bill for a $25 dress.) As for the item that I exchanged, it still hasn't arrived and it's been three weeks since the package was not just sent but received. So I made another dreaded phone call to find out why and they said I would have to pay for the shipping cost to send the new size out. I've spent way more than anything has been worth and they were horribly rude. Never again! Stay away!

They have terrible customer service. If you got your order correctly then lucky u. If you didn't then most likely they have to give it back in the form of a gift code. I tried to use the gift code with a promotional code and the transaction got screwy so I tried to get into contact with them. Finally settled 3 days after the promotion ended and wouldn't honor it even though the customer service was impossible to reach and wasn't helpful at all. After a few days they finally said that a gift code ( which is basically my cash) cannot be combined with a promotional code. This is stupid. A gift code is basically my cash but if I want to use it I can't take advantage of any of the discounts that are going on, basically forcing me to pay the full price which makes the purchase not really much of a deal. They're very slow to respond and customer service is unorganized and unhelpful.

This is truly a great site for good finds at incredibly low prices, but like my father says "you get what you pay for". I ordered a pair of black Cheap Monday Jeans and I paid shipping and taxes. When it was shipped to me the jeans were a dark gray. I ordered an exchange and they said I had to pay shipping to exchange it. I was not to happy about that but I did it. What pissed me off is when two weeks after I shipped the jeans back I still did not receive my exchange nor did they call to update me on it. When I called they said I needed to pay shipping, again! I started out paying these people $30 for a pair of jeans to almost $45 for an exchange. I go to this site to save money not spend more money. Unfortunately I had to get store credit but I don't think I will be shopping with them again.

If you are going to order from them (Plndr, karmaloop) make sure you really know what you're getting just to avoid making a return or exchange.

I believe it's the same company that owns karmaloop.com, but it offers discounted clothing, "bargain bins", and just numerous deals with brands you'd find on karmaloop! This is my other favourite place to shop, i've gotten incredible deals and they always give out credits on their facebook fanpage through little contests (I won $75 already!). Super dirt cheap clothing for great brands, the only thing that puts me off is the hefty shipping price to Canada compared to karmaloop :(
