I recently enjoyed using the Poliglu translator, which has exceeded my expectations. As someone who travels frequently and often encounters language barriers, the Poliglu device has been a game-changer.

The same thing happen to me as another customer. I purchased one translator but was charge for 4 translator. I called within 5 minutes to change the order but was told it already was ready to ship and I could return them for a refund once I received them. Once received the company told me I had to return it to Lithuania to receive a refund and if you happen to open one they won't give you a refund at all. I am really debating whether to return them since I may never see my refund plus paying for the shipping cost to return it. A total scam!

Neither of my Poliglu translators now work. They were both bought in August 2023 and worked first time I loaded them on a Galaxy S22 Ultra. The problem appears to be software related and occurred after the update to the Android 14 operating system. The device does not connect to Bluetooth and never gets beyond the "Scanning for Devices" message. What I find disappointing is that Poliglu knows this problem exists and does not appear to be treating a software update as a priority. All I get are the same messages telling me they are looking into it. They offer a two year warranty which they have immediately repudiated as the product was not returned in the 30-day period. I don't want new devices, what I want is updated software. Is that so difficult to sort out? If they are selling devices that cannot be used on new smartphones, they should be telling customers.

Biggest scam peice of junk,do not buy this item terribly cheap and bad customer service. Buyers be ware

Despite my right to return the product, after filing a complaint and sending the product, I have not received a refund. Contact with the store very difficult, for 2 months despite the store's acceptance of the return, the amount due has not been credited.

I read a positive review of the Poliglu Translator from a reputable business publication. I thought I was ordering 1 item, but with the confusing website I ended up ordering 4 (from Lithuania as it turned out). Impossible to cancel once I pushed the button, but I was assured that I could return them with no problem. Not true.
I got an RMA, followed all directions, and sent via USPS for $28. Item was returned from JFK because it had "batteries". Customer service at Poliglu said I should have checked the "electronics" box on the RMA, which gets taped to outside of box. There is no place to check "electronics" or anything else on the RMA, but they insisted there was. Then, they said, write "electronics" on the RMA and go to a different carrier. I went to UPS who said they would put a sticker saying 'batteries" on the outside of the box, and cost would be $230. But they couldn't guarantee that it would get delivered.

So, if you order something from this website, you had better plan to keep it, whether it works or not.

I HAVE FILED A FORMAL.COMPLAINT WITH THE NYS ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR A.CLASS.ACTION LAWSUIT FOR FALSE.ADVERTISEMENT SO ALL ANDROID USERS CAN GET THEIR.MONEY BACK AND DAMAGES FOR THE POLGLU OFFENDERS CAN BE.FINED! This product NEVER WORKED WITH ANDRIOD OPERATING SYSTEMS CELL PHONES THEY ARE stealing from consumers as they clearly are doing. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU HAVE ANDRIOD.OR iPhone because their Customer Service sends form reply not even about your issues, just the 30 day to return policy...IT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL, 1 CALL HE COULDN'T FIX AND NOBODY'S TRYING HERE FROM POLIGLU AT ALL LAWSUIT TIME ALSO ON A PERSONAL LEVEL but class action is filed and I meet.with there office in Utica NY this.week with more evidence and screen shots, emails dates times etc...even a recorded video of their Andriod Tech Failure...so lol ya messed with 1 too many...and certainly the wrong one.in me...bad idea, great.concept, if it worked lol

It doesn't work at all! My phone says its connected, but it doesn't show anything on the phone. Like it's stuck trying to connect. I've contacted them several times and they won't do anything. They keep telling me that the support team will contact me, but it's been months. They won't let me return it because they have been blowing me off and won't fix the issue. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT! 😡🤬🤬💩🖕

The device doesn't work. It will not connect to any of the apps recommended by customer service. I am not the only one with this problem. Even then, they will make you pay for return shipping. It's a complete waste of money. The only other option is to wait till their $#*!ty IT department gets their $#*! together and fixes the problem. I guarantee that's why you have to pay for return shipping because, for most people, it doesn't work, and they know this. Seems like a scam to me.

This product does not work and not user friendly, I have not had any success with the product or the company, still fighting to get my money back from them. Do not buy.

Ordered one translater online then received an email stating I had purchased and had to pay for 4. Contacted them immediately but was told that they couldnt change the order as the warehouse was already filling it. This was within 10 minutes of placing the order. Very dishonest company. I was told I could return the product to Lithuania!

I paid for 2 Poliglu translators. Never being delivered. I received a note from Royal Mail in UK that the sender did not pay the correct postage. As a result delivery agent added admin charge and unpaid postage totalling double the amount of the value of the translator. THIS IS A SCAM AND A FRAUD

My wife and I bought 2 of these before moving to Panama. It translates okay but I can't get enough volume to hear it. It sucks!
