Overall it was a GREAT experience. We did it all ourselves and pool warehouse was there to answer any question every step of the way. Very happy with our pool!

I placed an order online for a portable pool table on Tuesday and the shipping company contacted me on Thursday to deliver on Friday. It was in perfect condition. The price was below what other companies with similar products were offering. This is a gift for my son for Christmas and I think he is going to love it. It is the perfect size to put in our bonus room. I would definitely recommend this site.

I found everyone I spoke with to be kind and knowledgeable about the product. Mona, was so helpful in guiding me to get the measurements of our pool which is an odd shape and size. Then she wrote me a personal card to thank me for my purchase and wishing me luck on my sons wedding. I will return and I will let all I know where to purchase pool supplies from. Only bad thing i have to say is kit arrived 3 weeks later than scheduled. Other than that great product, service and we love our pool.

I purchased a 20' x 40' pool kit in 2004. At different times I have bought a pump, a liner, a cover and a salt chlorinator. There was shipping damage to the pump. It was replaced without any problem.

They are always friendly and helpful.

Overall,I'm happy with everything from Pool Warehouse. My pool package is made up of all good quality compoments and everything wwent together nicely. There were some issues with the delivery but that was the trucking company's fault. Pool Warehouse took care of it promptly.I had some questions during the installation and got the answers I needed from the tech support people at Hydra Pools.

I am very satisfied with the product I ordered and the representative who handled my order was very knowledgeable and informative about the product and delivery procedures.

Good overall experience

Great customer service but we are very disappointed that we are now in a delay of finding someone to move the 600 lb table into the room in the home! Trucking company had no options what so ever I just hope we can get it inside before it gets ruined setting in the garage.

The associate was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and remembered me when I had to call back with additional questions.

I ordered a safety cover. It arrived without the installation tool needed to install and remove the cover. I contacted customer service by phone and email on 6 different occasions. Each time I was told the item would be shipped. I even received a phone call stating that it would be delivered within a week. I never received it so had to spent additional money purchasing this item elsewhere in order to install the cover.

I had a great experience with pool warehouse. I installed my own pool kit. The quality of there kits are outstanding. They are very easy to assemble with medium to low contruction knowledge. I have no complaints
