Purchased the 16x32 rectangle kit. Price was great, shipping was quick, and customer service was great with any questions. I probably drove them crazy as I installed myself, but they never showed it and were quick to respond and very knowledgeable. Install was way easier than expected!

The air hockey table arrived Within two days ordering it and I just put it together for my child for Christmas yesterday and it was great. Easy assembly and all the parts were there. Definitely will be a great Christmas present.
The prices were great. In my case, service was terrible. My kit showed up around 6 weeks late. The only question my salesman would ask me was "are you ready to pay?" A very important piece was left off the shipment and no one bothered to tell me. They sold me a lot of upgrades, but couldn't help me install them. Bottom line, if you know how to install pools, their prices are great. If you need technical assistance, don't expect any help from them. Once they got my money, they were pretty much done with me. Their name is misleading. They don't have a warehouse. They just have everything drop shipped from the manufactur. In essence, they are just a pool broker.
We bought a inground pool cover. Great product, works great. But the allen wrench that came with to remove the plugs doesnt fit in the allen hole. Called and left a message to have customer service call us back about it and didnt receive a call back.
I purchased an inground pool kit last year, which I love, and bought a custom fit pool cover this year. The prices, products, customer service and ease of ordering are the reasons I would purchase again and highly recommend Pool Warehouse.
Ordered in-ground liner by using the on-line form. Directions were clear and my son and I installed the new liner in one day. No issues at all with order, delivery or installation. Looks great!

Ordering was easy,shipment arrived quickly. Ordered a 3 in 1 bumper pool/poker table,arrived without the leg levelers,I called customer service and they sent them out promptly. Very happy with table!

Initial process was very good.
Oversea shipping a bit of a pain would have be good to know up front.
Purchased kitset after viewing video online and had expectation that installation process was relatively simple. Strongly suggest checking consent requirements with local council before you start the process.
Would suggest advising customers that a professional installer should be contracted if you haven't built a pool before as not quite as straight forward as appeared.
Final comment, pool is now complete, very happy with finished product and I know allot more for my next one.
