I ordered a 1700. 00-dollar pool cleaner that was bad out of the box. Customer service said they could only send it back for repair they are only a drop ship company and don't really have ANY product. This company will not stand behind the product they collect money for they are only a order desk. The customer service rep was very blunt in saying nothing we can do for you its between you and the product manufacturer. Don't buy from this company, that is my review.
I called Pool Warehouse and spoke to a sales rep before I ordered a Robotic Pool Vacuum, to see if they had it in stock. Their site doesn't state whether it's in stock or not.He said yes (can't remember his name), so I ordered it. It was suppose to ship in 3 to 4 days. That was the 4th of April 2022. I called after a few days to inquire about the order's status. I spoke with Renee Bryant from customer service. I explained what had happened and she went totally out of her way to help me. She called the supplier, and yes, they were on back order. She offered me a refund, but I kept the order alive and hoped for the best. Renee kept updated via emails on a frequent basis. She let me know that I wasn't forgotten. Kudos to this woman. She knows what customer service is supposed to be. I wish she would teach that to that sales rep. The item did arrive on 28 April 2022. So far its working as advertised.
I had several questions throughout the ordering and shipping process in which Renee would reply or call back in such a fast speed. I want to thank Renee for her help and assurance that my delivery was indeed completed.
After my pool was installed and half full, the liner split at a seem.
Renee had a new liner delivered within a few days. Awesome customer service and resolved the issue promptly!
Renee went out of her way to help me. She was easy to speak to and very helpful.
Even though the item I ordered was returned in the same box and in same shape I received it I only received half of what it cost me. That being said I didn't need to send it to the land fill because I couldn't use it.

Customer service was not the best until I spoke with Chelsea W. She was very informative and answered all my questions. We have not received our pool yet but she continues to provide us with updated information each time I call.
After extensive research I found The Pool Warehouse had the best prices for a quality product. The sales rep was knowledgeable and very helpful. I had an issue with the delivery but Renee at customer service took care of me like we were old friends. Top notch business and fantastic customer service.
I purchased a pool motor from Poolwarehouse.com. I received the motor in just a couple of days (quick shipping). I did have an issue with the motor and contacted customer service. Jacinia was my rep. She delivered spectacular custom service. Jacinia got me a replacement motor out in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend poolwarehouse.com to anyone.

They have good prices and excellent selection. There was an unauthorized FedEx freight charge due to the weight of the package which was troubling since I did not approve the charge. However, Kelli W, Pool Warehouse customer service rep, was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure that I was credited back for this unapproved charge. It took her several phone calls and emails over the course of a few weeks to make sure that this matter was resolved for me. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. Due to Kelli's excellent service I would absolutely shop at pool warehouse again!

We order pool hand rails that ended up looking very different than the displayed image. I have to say the customer service from Kelli was quite possible the best I have received in years. She was alway understanding, patient, and professional. She continually followed up and kept us up to speed. She worked through every avenue to find the best outcome for us. And actually superseded my expectations. Thank you Kelli for your hard work and dedication.
I have nothing but amazing this to say about this company costumer service. I worked directly with Jacinia and she was amazing. Took care of my concerns and notified me of the steps being taken and I was aware of my status at all times. It was a difficult ticket item but she took care of it until was addressed correctly.
Could not ask for better service when I had to cancel an order. Work with me each step of the process and returned my emails very fast.
Ordered an auto pool cover. When it arrived, there were 2 damaged parts.
I let pool warehouse know and Jacinia took it from there. The communication and timely customer service was top notch. They sent me 2 new parts.
Such a nice young man. He helped me through the purchase process making it so dang easy. Make sure you ask for him if you need some help.
I mean come on now, I ordered lights in the second week of February, they said it would take 15-20 days to ship the items. I called them in March almost 4 weeks later, and they tell me it will be yet another month. If they had told me from the beginning, I might have understood and kept that in mind while scheduling this pool build job.
I had to chase them down to get this information. Nobody thought to email me or reach out in any way at all.
Their phone tree hung up on me every time I made a selection, and I had to keep calling back over and over again. I know it wasn't on my end, since I just navigated the phone tree mess with the county inspectors office and it all worked surprisingly fine a half hour ago. Maybe I'll edit this when I actually receive the lighting system, but I don't think I'll keep this as a source for the rest of my equipment.
I bet it took me longer to write this review than it would have taken to be truthful about the wait time, or to email me and tell me how long it would REALLY take.
My pool liner was less than a year old so I contacted Pool warehouse customer service representative was very helpful her name is Renee she got my warranty for the liner quickly within just a few days she's very knowledgeable one of the best customer service I have ever dealt with
Jacinia went out of her way to work with us and the diving board manufacturer in order to keep our pool project on schedule when supply chain issues threatened to delay the project by more than two months. She was prompt, professional, and honestly a delight to work with. I have no doubt that her professional relationship with the manufacturer played a role in the satisfactory outcome. Avoid. Sales team who lied to win the sale and after service who don't respond to the email end result, customer who is out of pocket and pool warehouse avoiding all accountability.
We ordered pool kit from Poolwarehouse in the spring. Tanner C was the sales rep and was amazing on helping me pick out my pool and always answered any questions I had. Now, the real MVP of this company was Nikki G in customer service! She was truly amazing! We have a few things go wrong in shipping and went above and beyond for us! I have a 4 star review only because of the shipping, our pool kit came damaged 3 times, but finally got our pool. As a company they are great, but the shipping companies definitely need work.
