I can't wait to use these when we move to our new home! These are tiny and will blend in with their environment.

I live on the second floor of my apartment and my puppy has a small bladder. I had been using the grass pads where you put a pee pad under the grass and change out that mess. It was an eyesore. Porch potty seemed like a splurge at first but it's so much easier to clean and much easier on the eyes. Also, Astro loves it.

Great product and ramp is great for the use of the dogs! Glad I bought this for them to get in and out of the doggie door!

We live in a multi-story house with a large property and no fences allowed (HOA). Our main level is raised more than a floor above our lawn Taking our 4 month old puppy on a leash to "go" outside a dozen times a day (and night) was hard on him and all of us. Porch Potty to the rescue! It's been flat- out amazing! He can sit in the kitchen by the door indicating he needs to go, we let him out, he loves the PP and goes instantly, he's so proud! It's not just for apartments and small spaces, it's great for larger homes with stairs and families with puppies who are ready for a little independence, like our sweet pup. Can't say enough nice things about our experience. (TMI, we used the technique of wiping a bit of his pee on the PP once- he figured it out instantly!) We have the artificial grass to start since it's cold, but will get live grass in the spring. Don't hesitate- best money we've spent in a long time!

Porch potty is a great product and our dogs use it often. Our model is compact and great for smaller homes.

It looks so good! It's super easy to keep clean. It was delivered in one or two days super easy to assemble. The only issue we've had is our dog thinks it's a tanning bed, so it took us a couple of days to get her to actually use it. Both pictures are of the day we got it.

I considered a diy option, but ultimately went with porch potty because of the reinforced drain tray. There are two things of note: (1) the drain set up is so-so at best. It would be great if the drain pipe was a little larger to help prevent pooling; (2) I decided to reinforce the tray pan by adding cement blocks beneath it. This has helped my dog trust the platform as secure - she's 45 pounds.

Other than those two gripes, I really like how the system looks and functions.

I live in an apartment and originally had a single piece of turf laying directly over the concrete on my balcony for my chihuahua puppy to use. It eventually became super messy and difficult to clean. The Porch Potty is super convenient and easy to clean and my puppy started using it regularly after 2-3 days.

Also, my catch basin arrived completely cracked and broken in the mail and customer service immediately sent me a new one. Thank you guys so much!

I really appreciate the convenience of having it on my deck. So far my puppy will go pee but we haven't had success with yet. Hopefully soon. And it does hold odor quickly so will have to definitely stay on top of cleaning. But all in all glad we purchased.

What a disaster of a product. It looks aesthetically pleasing, but it has no functionality at all. Not only does the drain pipe take ages to connect because of the hassle design, but it isn't made to fit snuggly. Which means the urine and water used to clean the grass simply spills out from the bottom. My dog may as well pee on the floor, I'm mopping up urine anyway. About 20% feeds through the pipe, the other 80% of the urine merely falls right to the ground below. It's not very stable for larger dogs either, my Lab weighs in at 37kg and he is unsteady because of it's shaky design. Worst of all is the grass is unappealing for the dogs. Not premium at all. I was aware synthetic turf would be less appealing by default, but the grass isn't even remotely similar to normal turf. Cheap plastic you could pick up at the dollar store. For $445 I am shocked. Absolute rip off for a poorly executed design. Customer service takes forever to respond too.

I placed an order with Porch Potty recently and could not be happier with not only the customer service, but the unbelievably really fast delivery put me over the top!

Totally useless product. The hose connection to the base is literally a hole to shove the hose in, nothing to prevent leaking. The hole in mine was also miss-shaped, with no ability to connect. Porch Potty didn't listen, and just kept offering me new hoses which wouldn't have worked and have me waiting weeks for nothing. I only got my refund as I paid through PayPal, but PorchPotty tried to coerce me into closing my dispute with PayPal (would never have gotten my refund- don't ever close with PayPal!). If you buy this product I suggest a chat to a plumber, a plastic gromet, liquid silicone and about an hour of fiddling around. Also, pop a tray (I used 4x BBQ trays zip tied together) underneath the grass, or it will never dry out properly and smell bad. This product will only work with a trip to Bunnings and some very creative plumbing work. Bail on the hose they give you all together if you want any chance, but honestly just don't buy it... as it's really not worth your time and money... And if you do, do not go outside of PayPal.

Bought a porch potty standard and the hose always leaked. Got a replacement hose, hose still leaked. Sent a few emails, no reply. Sent another one. They wanted to send me ANOTHER hose. Yea, the first and second one didn't work so let's send you another. I asked for a refund which they denied even though their product was faulty and they "say" they stand by their product. Just buy a cheap one off Amazon. Works way better

I wish so badly I wouldn't have wasted 300 dollars on this poorly designed garbage. Not only does my dog hate this thing with a passion she has only gone pee on it 2 times and it smells like death! We have followed all instructions on cleaning it out each time she peed. It is just poorly designed. The grass sits too low on the plastic area and doesn't allow it to drain out. The urine and water just sit in there lingering and smelling so bad! I have a tiny 10 pound dog and I cannot even imagine what this would smell like if I had a bigger dog! We have tried cleaning it with numerous different things and nothing gets the horrid smell out! And trust me your dog is going to be smelling like that and bringing that smell into your house each time you try to use it. And of course these guys only have a 7 day return policy. What a rip off! Disgusting

So I bought my porch potty about a week before I had to move into an apartment. Which was no problem because according to shipping I was supposed to receive it before then. Well I had moved and days passed and I got nothing. So I reached out and told them I wanted to be able to track my package as I was supposed to receive it days ago and never did. Customer service told me it was at a UPS facility on Monday and is just waiting to be picked up and once it does I would receive tracking Info. Well days later and still nothing so I emailed again and then she shipped a replacement and sent me the tracking info herself. She told me the package was at the UPS facility still but UPS has just left it there. Okay? So confusing and annoying. I finally receive the porch potty (two weeks after I move) and it didn't even come with the fire hydrant it's supposed to come with. Even after all this trouble I had.

Placed my order and selected 2 business day delivery (& paid extra for that). Took a day to get a tracking number and it's been sitting as "booked" for 2 business day and a weekend. Emailed porchpotty.com.au (as they have no phone number) and got a very unconcerned email back saying "I would not be able to confirm that it will arrive by tomorrow, but it could arrive soon". Why offer 2 business day delivery at a premium price, if you can't deliver on that. Don't bother paying the extra!

I have owned my Porch Potty for several years. I have done ALL of the required maintenance. I have purchased the expensive Turf-Tastic odor eliminator. Using it daily. I run water on the artificial turf daily sometimes twice daily with a watering can. I have replaced the artificial turf grass. I have tried the real turf grass in hopes that it wouldn't smell so bad. I do monthly soaks of the turf grass in my bathtub with bleach to try to eliminate the urine smell. Nothing works long term. I think that the concept is good. However, the maintenance that needs to be done to keep it order free or limited is ridiculous! It's cheaper and less of a hassle to just use puppy pee pads. The Porch Potty Standard is expensive and the added accessories needed are an additional cost. I had to buy the drain bowl and that gets gross too. The Turf-Tastic odor eliminator is $31.50 plus shipping. Every time you need to buy a new artificial turf, that is recommended 1-2 times a year that costs $49.00 plus shipping. Porch Potty charges a lot for shipping. I even emailed Porch Potty with my frustrations and the rep told me to do the EXACT same things that I already have been doing since I bought it. Even more frustrating! Seems like a great idea in theory but it still needs improvement. One would think at the price that Porch Potty charges, that the plastic used on the Porch Potty and the bowl would have Microban technology. So that the plastic would not absorb the bacteria for the urine and feces. I am going to take my over $300.00 worth of smelly plastic and throw it all in the trash! Don't waste your money! I do not recommend Porch Potty, especially for long term. Very disappointed in both the product and the manner that Porch Potty customer service handled my concerns.

Purchased replacement turf from this company as I had heard great things about the quality of their product. Unfortunately, I had a huge issue with shipping. Despite working from home on that day to ensure I received the package in time, the delivery driver did not attempt to deliver my package (verified by camera footage - he simply left a slip with no attempt at delivery. I ended up receiving my package 5 days later than expected because the driver also failed to deliver it to the pickup location. The shipping company (purolator) told me that they are unable to refund shipping costs (30$ for ground shipping FYI) without the authorization of the manufacturer of the product. Easy enough, or so I thought. I shared my issue with porch potty, received a prompt reply asking to share my shipping #, and never heard back. After 2 follow-ups and a month of waiting I'm disappointed to say that this has been the most horrendous customer service experience, I have encountered thus far. A lack of reply is not only unprofessional but quite frankly disrespectful to your customers. Hopefully, they learn to step it up as they do have a decent product. That being said, there are much better companies out there making similar products with exceptional customer service. Take it from me, I've taken my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.
