I live in a third floor condo and, my two dogs are pad trained, but on walks they live to walk in the grass and simply pee. I thought it would be easier for them to learn how to go out on the balcony and poop in a designated place and to save me on the cost of pads. They are short legged, so I also ordered the little ramp and, they love it as well.
The clean up is easy as well and, every couple of days, I empty the underneath pail in the toilet and, rinse it out!

It was as advertised, very well packed, a little heavy to remove the basin on constant basis.
My dog did not like it though... so it just a pricey piece of grass that looks good in my balcony lol. Hope she gets used to it eventually.
We ordered the largest size and it's still sort of small. It's great for our Beagle and Pomeranian but it would likely be small for a larger breed. The drainage feature is great but I wish the drain connection was flush fit to the tray and the hose was smooth. There is some remnant pee that stays in the hose which doesn't always drain and there is a small section that dips below the drain and catches some pee which unless rinsed often creates a smell.
The service was very good, fast delivery. But I thought what I was ordering was a hydrant on a green pad. What I received was just a hydrant that I could have purchased elsewhere for about half as much. The description needs to be more clear.
I received the water timer very quickly. Can't rate it's use yet as I haven't attached it to the porch potty yey
I ordered the Porch Potty for my new Peekapoo puppy. I have a great fenced backyard, but she cannot negotiate the 10 steps that lead to the grass (she has little legs and all those steps scare her). The porch potty has been the perfect solution.
One of my sprinkler heads broke and I called to get a replacement, they told me it was actually still under warranty so they sent me a new one out free of charge the same day!
Liked the porch potty nice strong, and sturdy, but my step is much much high than I though.

I live in a 6th floor apartment and wanted to have an option that didn't require taking my new puppy to a downtown alley at 1am for potty runs. This product seemed like a great solution! I was disappointed when the product arrived without the synthetic grass, and while the customer service response was very fast, the piece was sent with just normal shipping and took about a week to arrive. It would have been nice if they had expedited the shipping. That said, my pup loves the porch potty and is slowly learning to do her business there, and no more midnight potty runs!
Love the product and it came very quickly! Would purchase from them again as well.
I purchased the porch potty a few weeks ago and things are going good for my Doberman. It's sturdy and looks good next to my deck.
Love the porch potty! Especially when my pup needs a quick bathroom break on the patio as I'm working on homework or in between classes. Only reason for the 4 is because cleaning can be time consuming when you don't have a water hose
Great product and customer service! I have had my 10 week old puppy for one week and the PP is in the garage. She uses it 99% of the time! I am VERY pleased!
We don't have a back yard, but we do have a very large deck. It is neatly in one corner and so far the dogs are taking to it!
