I placed an order on 29 August 2023 and have heard absolutely nothing. The emails are returned. There is a dial tone on the 855 number and there is no means to track a package that at best should have been received by now.

My order is paid for but not been shipped, there is no way to contact them. Their email does not work. In fact it does not exist according the google.

I bought something a few years ago and there was never a problem. Now I ordered a Christmas gift on November 30th and it never came (is in another city apparently since December 7th). I have sent 2 mails and never got a reply. Very disappointing.

Prana Heart does not have a responsive customer service. Finally recieved product after waiting 6 months. Supposedly shipped on 1/25. Product is not garnet, but cheap red beads.

This is not a legit company! I payed for my order and never received it. Their phone only gives a busy signal and they do not answer emails. They stole $150 from me. DO NOT order from this company!

This is my second time ordering. I love the product but this company is just horrible I'm sorry! After receiving my first order I place a second order based on my first experience right? Ha! It's been over a month I spent $100 (both orders) on a few pieces and I haven't received anything but an auto message email. No tracking no nothing. Over a month and I've been reaching out on every platform possible. Nothing. I needed these for a special ceremony I'm just sad I also don't have $100 to just give away I gotta work half my shift for that. Pissed!

ORDER SINCE AUGUST 4,2021 AND HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT BY PHONE ALWAY BUSY, HAVE EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES AND NO RESONSE! HAVE POSTED ON INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK AND HAVE HAD SEVERAL OTHER PEOPLE HAVE THE SAME ISSUE! VERY BAD TO BE RIPPING OFF HARD WORKING PEOPLE OF THEIR MONEY. JUST WRONG AND NOW YOU ADVERTISE A FALL SALE! HOW CAN YOU SLEEP IN PEACE? NOT WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE..

Order placed in July. 1 email stating they were running behind. Filed dispute with credit card late August. Whatever BS they gave to credit company, I did not get a refund and still no product in October. I can dispute further with a lot of paperwork! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered multiple items in August and still haven't received anything, nor any response to my emails. I have made several attempts just to receive an updated status and have been ignored. The pandemic has impacted shipping/delivery and disrupted business operations overall, so I understand things happen. But to ignore me altogether - that's tacky and unprofessional.

I bought 10-15 items for my friends for Christmas 2020. When I received the malas, I tried them on and they pinched my neck so I sent them back (4 of them at $19/mala) along with a pair of $50 leggings. I NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND of over $125. "Anna" from Prana Heart was my customer service rep who gave me the address to send them back, and she said I would get a refund after receiving them. This never happened after repeated KIND & PATIENT emails. What a scam!

I ordered a prayer bead bracelet based on the photograph of a bracelet reflecting large, substantial beads, and received a tacky-looking bracelet with tiny beads I would not even consider wearing, the beads do not even resemble prayer beads. Blatant false advertisement. I have emailed them twice based on their 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy, requesting a postage-paid label to return this very disappointing item, and have received NO reply.

Bracelets are made from plastic,, and fake! Thought they were supposed to be made from sandlewood, black Onyx. Not real crystals or wood. Very disappointed! Don't waste your money!

I submitted an order 3 days ago but other than that no communication at all. Maybe I'm being a bit inpatient but my gut is telling me something is wrong here. There's no contact info, if you reply to their email they respond saying "use another email ". Well. If you got my email just reply. This is not my first time making an order but it is with this Company. I truly hope I get what I ordered or get a refund. This is not Spiritual at all. Makes me wonder about the product. So disappointed. I don't want to pick any stars but I'm forced.

One of the bracelets I ordered is falling apart, but the company phone number is not in service and they don't respond to emails so there doesn't appear to be a way to contact them to ask for a refund! Very disappointing - they should change their name...

I love these bracelets and their healing powers. I felt lifted as soon as I put them on! Received an order confirmation, attacking number and my packages arrived when expected. They came with little velvet cases, beautiful.

I placed an order at Prana Hearth for more than US$130 six weeks ago and I didn't get it yet.
No explanations.

Placed my order in March. It is May and still not have received item. Keep emailing for response or money returned and No response. Check out the reviews on Better Business Bureau.

I placed an order on March 17, still waiting. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I would recommend reading the re Jews before placing an order with this company.
