Mi sono trasferita in Svizzera da poco,e 3 mesi fa ho voluto provare ad inreressarmi ad alcune agenzie di moda.
Cosi tra alcune ho inviato la candidatura anche a Prestige Modelagency. Non ho mai ricevuto E-Mail ne Chiamate e oggi mi arriva una fattura a casa da pagare 200 Fr. Urgentemente e minacce che se non pagherò entro il 05.02 aumenteranno la cifra del pagamento. Ho provato a chiamare tutti in numeri ma sono inesistenti,a inviare E-mail ma mi da che non esiste il sistema. Non pagate!

Vorrei dare O stelle e anche meno!Ho iscritto mia figlia un anno circa fa in questa agenzia non si è sentito nessuno! E' tutta una farsa per prendere soldi dell iscrizione e nessuno ti contatta e' solo una frode! Non iscrivetevi non cascateci.

In Bezug auf den Fall des Betrugs durch die Prestige Model Agentur in Wien gab es keine Reaktion auf meine Beschwerde an die Dienstaufsicht per E-Mail sowie auf meine Schreiben zur Rückerstattung meiner Vertragskosten in Höhe von 140 € auf mein Bankkonto

Scam! Be aware and of course don't pay them any amount.
They told me "I signed a contract" and i have to pay.

Initially I agreed to join Prestige. Then without ever signing a contract I changed my mind and decided to withdraw my interest.
Despite this Prestige are emailing and demanding fees. This is harassment! They are demanding and unrelenting!

It's a Fraud,
Please don't pay any amount, they are not serious, they just ask for money and they do nothing, if you have questions about your job they answer with automatically email, they don't exist. I suggest you to give your money to charity und help other people.

Ich habe 140 Euro für meinen Sohn bezahlt.
Ich habe die Seite überprüft. Die Gesichter derselben Kinder kommen und gehen auf dem Bildschirm. 9 Tage nach Vertragsunterzeichnung schickte ich eine E-Mail mit der Frage, warum ich das Bild meines Sohnes immer noch nicht auf der Website sehen kann.
Sie gaben mir ausweichende Antworten.
Denn da wurde mir klar, dass es sich um eine unsichere Seite handelte.
Ich habe auch die Artikel im Bericht ausführlich gelesen.
Erklärt uns gegenüber, dass wir das Recht haben, innerhalb von 14 Tagen ab Vertragsschluss vom Vertrag zurückzutreten.
Ich habe geschrieben, dass ich nicht weitermachen möchte, dass ich den Vertrag kündigen möchte.
Aber sie akzeptierten es nicht, sie stahlen 140 Euro...
Ich werde zur Polizei gehen und diese Mitarbeiter von Prestige Europe anzeigen.
Ich hoffe, dass niemand anderes erlebt, was ich durchgemacht habe...

I found this agency on internet and I trought "why not". The day after i send my candidature they replay to me that I was suitable "to be a model" and they send me a contract where i should pay €140 to use the website.
I came here and I read those horrible comments. I didn't sign any contract, i sent only the candidature.
I sent an email where I said that I don't pay anything bc I didn't sign the contract and the candidature wasn't constraing. I should be worried?

Frauds! Not recommended at all! Stay away from this fake agency! Reporting to the authorities!

I signed the online contract with them but before paying anything I found these negative reviews here. So I immediately send them an email cancelling the contract and they replied back asking 49 euro for cancellation fee plus the 140 euro for the year. How can a contract be valid when no ID was entered. I might as well put fake information about myself. They have no any individual name. Also the phone on their website is not working plus the address exist but they don't have offices there. I called the fraud investigation team and they told me not to make any payments and that they can't take legal actions against me, because their company is fake. They told me to block them and not communicate with them anymore. It did stress me but what to do. Just stay away from them, hope they will take their website down.

As everyone else here, I fell for the trap. I paid for the first year. Received an e-mail that they would pay 50% of the necesairy fee. Now, a year later, I get another payment request for the other 50%. When I asked for an explanation, I only got an automated e-mail confirming my cancelation and payment request for cancelation fee. This is bs as I never asked to cancel, I asked for an explanation. When I asked them again, I received the same automated e-mail about cancelation. I didn't pay and received a payment reminder. I answered them that I wasn't going to pay and that I needed an explanation. Again, the same automated e-mail arrived. Still haven't paid, and I don't want to. Don't really know what to do now. I read here that the lawyer company is fake, but how can we stop this company from continuing this scam? Where can we report them? Any help/advice is welcome.

For those of you who have been scammed or being scammed now (my daughter currently being chased by debt collector in Austria). You can complain to the European Consumer Protection, send your complaint to the Austrian office as Prestige claim to be based in Vienna (probably a postal address for forwarding to their Nigerian owners). This is the email address info (@) europakonsument.at. Good luck and don't pay them.

More than likely Nigerian scam artists, attached is their mail to my daughter, scared the wits out of her. I have also attached my email response to them. I will be contacting the Austrian authorities which is where they claim their offices are based, but I am sure the real address is Lagos, Nigeria.

Quand tu t'inscris sur le site donc tu remplis le formulaire de candidature, ensuite ils te font croire que tu as signé un contrat qui te lie pendant deux ans et qui te coûte 240€.
Pourtant dans les conditions d'utilisation il est noté "BIEN ENTENDU, VOTRE CANDIDATURE EST ABSOLUMENT SANS ENGAGEMENT." donc déjà il y a mensonge...

La fausse agence va menacer de faire appel à un huissier, mais il faut un jugement de justice. Impossible à obtenir en France, puisqu'il s'agit d'une activité illégale.

Prestige utilise le terme "management" pour ne pas devoir se conformer à la réglementation.

Il suffit de regarder en ligne le nombre de plaintes contre Prestige pour se rendre compte qu'il s'agit d'une agence bidon (il y en a plus aux Pays Bas et en Belgique, puisque l'entreprise a été lancée dans ces pays en premier lieu)...

I posted this review a week ago and I've just seen this company has tried to threaten to take me to court they also blocked my comment on trust pilot so I'm trying again. As this clearly ISNT a fake review and I have proof.

I haven't even registered with this company and I'm getting emails asking for money, a cancellation fee and a year upfront absolute scam. I am not paying a penny. I read certain reviews saying they are associated to a law firm meaning they can find loop holes forcing people to pay this no matter what.
They can threaten me with their lawyers, whatever they want it won't work. If anyone is based in the UK call this number: *******2040

Just look, it had me pretty scared so I decided to look into it and found out about this website was a little relieved by seeing I'm not the only one, I didn't realize it was scam till to late.
