I bought a bracelet from Primestyle but wasn’t very happy with the quality. I immediately contacted the manager at Primestyle to see what my options were. I could either upgrade the quality or exchange it for a totally different bracelet. I liked the look of the bracelet, just not the stones. After voicing my concerns and doing a minimal upgrade I have just received the new item. It is not perfect, but it is certainly close to being perfect. Thanks for your help.

I had ordered from Primestyle in the past and got great service, but now it was a few years later and I was hoping the company was still as good. I needed a matching wedding band for my engagement ring so I called them up hoping they would be able to pull up such an old order from 06. But they were able to find me in their system and find the engagement ring that I purchased so many years ago. I was delighted especially when they said that they would be taking my stones from the same parcel to make sure they matched perfectly meaning I didn't have to take of and send in my engagement ring for them to match the diamonds. When I received the wedding band, it not only matched perfectly, it complimented the engagement ring just like the picture. So I'm very happy with Primestyle and will recommend them to all of my friends and family for sure.

Omg, my purchase at Primestyle was so quick and easy. When I called and spoke to the customer service team they were helpful and reassuring as this was my first big online purchase. Mike in particular was very eager to answer all my questions, and made me feel confident that I would love my new item. I was skeptical obviously, but everything went off without a hitch. It took about a week to get my ring. At first I ordered the wrong size by accident but was able to quickly change the size without delaying my order. When I received the email just as they said I would that my item had shipped I got so excited. I couldn't wait to see if it was going to look exactly like the picture. I had been admiring this ring for over a year and I would finally have it in my hands. When I received it, I was blown away. It fit like a glove and sparkled beautifully. My ring the beautiful item ******* was great, but the customer service that I received from this company was even better. I had a few concerns before placing my order especially because it is an online purchase and the sales people took the time to explain the whole process to me. They explained it would take over three days because when I saw the free overnight shipping I figured I was getting it overnight. They explained the return policy and I have not found any reason to return it as yet. They even let me talk to their on site diamond specialist which gave me additional information about the appraisal and the diamond cut etc. This was a great experience, and I can't wait to have a reason to come back. I was a bit skeptical reading good and bad, but mostly good reviews about this company Primestyle.com so I wasn't sure if I wanted to take the chance and deal with the run around if I didn't get my item exactly how it should be. When I spoke to customer service, they explained the process and that it takes longer than some people think. Although overnight shipping is offered, the item still takes a few days to be made as they are a factory. I figured, a few days to have a ring that was made for me (in my size) is not a lot of time to wait. My beautiful ring, item ******* was perfect. And I received it in the five business days as promised. It fit perfectly and the diamonds have a beautiful sparkle to them. I took it to a local jeweler and when I told him what I paid for it, he was astonished. I was very surprised as the things that I had read were not true in my case. The whole process was easy and simple. I'm sure anxious brides that don't have patience would think 5 days is a long time, but it really wasn't. Id rather wait 5 days, and have a perfect ring and save a a lot of money than having an item rushed to me and I have to return it, or I don't love it. I just received the most magnificent ring from Prime Style. Wow, I was impressed. For those of you that are curious it was Item # *******. Such impeccable quality. It was explained to me that they generally allow 3 business days to make a ring. I received a phone call on the 3rd day and was told that my item didn't pass inspection on time; this was at first disappointing but later turned out for the better. David had explained to me that each ring goes through several layers of inspection before leaving the factory for shipping, and Prime style prides itself it their superb quality and will not ship anything without it meeting their standards. They are a factory and manufacturer thousands upon thousands of items; it was reassuring to know they are on top of each individual order. He was sincerely apologetic but I thought this was impressive as I would have been pissed if the ring didn't come perfect! The next day I received yet another phone call from another customer service representative telling me that it has been cleared for inspection and will be shipping. By the 5th day I received my ring and again WOW! I am so happy that they did not ship it when it was first ready and stuck to their strict standards of inspection, very much appreciated Prime Style! I look forward to do business with you again, and I encourage any one who reads this to do business with them! They are professionals and work fast and efficiently and their customer service is awesome!

I ordered a semi mount with upgraded diamonds. I did my homework for several months and wanted a semi mount with equal color and clarity to my diamond that I would set in the mounting. I spoke at length to Mike about my unhappy experiences with 3 other websites who falsely represented the quality of their diamonds and that I didn't want to be disappointed once again. I wanted bright, white diamonds, so I ordered the upgrade to match my GIA diamond that is a G, VS2. I also ordered a head to mount it in at a fee of $90 and asked if I could return the ring if I made a change like that. " No problem." I double checked and clarified, "even if I change the head, I'd get a full refund." No problem, etc.
When the ring arrived, I opened the box, saw these six very pale YELLOW diamonds in the white gold mounting. AWFUL! My diamond looked pure white next to them. I called and said I was returning the ring and within 1 hour, it was packed and shipped from the post office. After they received it, David came on to tell me that it would take 7-10 BUSINESS days to get my paypal refund, that the $90 for the head was not refundable as it was CUSTOMIZED and didn't I read the fine print on their website about not refunding for changes made. When I explained that Mike had not said anything about that when I asked about returning, he said, "he's right here next to me and I'll ask him... No, he never told you you ;d get a full refund, so you're mistaken."

They have the ring and are stalling the refund, first for an INSPECTION as if I could do anything with it in the one hour I had it, not even on my finger!
I have paypal intervening on my behalf to get my money back.

STAY AWAY unless you don't care what the quality of your diamonds looks like. I'm old enough and have bought several diamond items over the last 40 or so years and none is pale yellow. If you are setting in yellow gold, they might not have looked so obvious, but even to my eye, they could not have been the 1.50 ct weight in the 6 diamonds on that ring as I have a 1 ct. Diamond band with 5 diamonds that looked so much bigger next to these. No way is that accurate diamond weight on their website.
If you want to take a chance, and I did, reading the good reviews, take heed and don't order from these people.

Primestyle.com, what a scam. Folks if you do anything today, please listen to me. I'm happy to validate my comments, just email me at *******@gmail.com. Bought 3 stone diamond ring 1.25ct.,. 5 center vs1-2. Got ring. Appraised immediately,. 93ct. And vs-2 at best. This is nearly 40% short and not to mention quality. Called this David who's rude. Stated who ever did my appraisal didn't know what they were talking about. Well the appraiser I used is GIA Certified and from what I can see, Primestyles.com is not. Ring sent back, reported to NY Attorney Generals Office. Would recommend any one who's done business with Primestyle.com to have their jewelry appraised immediately. If you don't have what was advertised "which you probably don't from my experience" report them to the NY Attorney Generals Office. The more reports they get, the better chance we all have on stopping these scam artists. Not to mention the possibility of a class action lawsuit against Primestyle.com, which I'd be all for. I despise being lied to and refuse to play any role of a victim. Again email me if you have questions. I'll keep you all posted how Primestyle.com handles this situation once they receive the ring back with my complaint letter and the appraisal. Shane

Eternity band - My new husband had bought an eternity band for a wedding ring on PRIMESTYLE.COM. We got married 12/22/08. Within 3 weeks 2 of the diamonds fell out. Upon contacting the website, we have been given the run around and are very unhappy with the results. We were told the stones were not covered, and they would email us directions on how to return the ring to have the stones replaced. After 4 days we still have not received an email. Also do not feel that we should have to pay to replace anything after only 3 wks of wear. Not happy at all!
