Swapped my E-150 rearend for an 8 lug E-250 one. Got some rims but they were 16s and had to buy different tire size to match my fronts. Priority Tires not just had what I needed but got it to me in a week or less. They're shipping has always been quick and tires have always been quality.

They sent me the wrong tire and I've been on hold for over an hour trying to get it fixed

Tires excellent, price excellent. The two tires were wrapped together so tightly and distorted, made very difficult to seat beads. Left in the sun to warm up, still was a major battle to get the beads to seat. I have mounted many tires in my time, from motorcycle to truck tires, and these, only because of the way they were banded together for shipping, were the most difficult to mount.

My Rialta uses a 215/70R15 tire with 109 load rating. Hard to find - Priority had these that have gotten good reviews from the Rialta community. Purchase was easy and quick, although there was no "tracking" information as Amazon and others have made us accustomed to. I was starting to worry on the second day after receiving the order confirmation - and the tires showed up that day! Very quick, happy with that. We'll see how the tires hold up.

Got the tires mounted up and have run them on the road. They seem to balance well and the road noise is minimal. It will be interesting to see how well they perform offroad in the snow and mud. They should do well. They are a fairly aggressive M/T tire. I also was pleased to find out they're made NOT in China!

Was a decent experience other than delivery… only got two delivered at first and was told they were all delivered. Had to deal with opening up an investigation with FedEx and you all. Finally got the tires on Friday with no info on delivery. They just randomly showed up.
We do apologize for any confusion - in almost all cases, every tire in a given order is sent out together as a co-linked package, which means they're all supposed to arrive at the same time. If all of your tracking numbers (visible in your delivery email and on the labels themselves) show as delivered, you can and should contact us for help! In this case the carrier was able to locate leftover tires at their station, allowing them to retrieve and "re-deliver" them. Situations like this are not the norm and we do apologize that it happened, but we're glad that they could be found and delivered without further issue! Thank you for your patience and cooperation!
Never received shipping confirmation/tracking info, tires arrived 10 days after placing order, tried calling to check on order status but was on hold for forever and kept getting bumped to the back of the queue, overall I'm not sure that I'll be ordering from you again if I'm kept in the dark on order info/can't get ahold of anyone anyways!

As you might imagine, this did cause confusion with customers such as yourself, so our phone line quickly became overloaded. Our agents always do all they can to answer as many calls, emails and live chats as possible, but we've been dealing with a huge amount of traffic in the past couple of weeks.
