Be warned. Do not fall for their free shipping gimmick. They just sign you up for an automatically recurring monthly fee "service" called freeshipping.com. A total gimmick. They ask for your credit card information to 'refund your shipping" and then after you enter it they tell you you'll be charged monthly for some lame "service" you'll never use.
I ordered a panda bear with bambo plant for valentines day. Without advertising there was an extra cost for next day/guaranteed delivery or even asking if I wanted these services, they just charged it in addition to the 12.99 delivery charge. Cost of bear was $40.00, (and after seeing it its worth about $20.00) The charges for deilvery: $26.95. I have complained to no end. The are not hearing me. I read that scam about the free delivery. No deal there.
I will never buy from them again and if your'e smart you won't either!
They suck you in w/ an offer of free shipping, but it comes only with repeat orders, not your first, plus the fee that other reviews mention.
Run --don't walk-- run way from this site
I ordered flowers from proflowers.com last October, and again in December. On Jan. 8th, 2010, I was checking my online banking information and noticed a charge for $14.95 from a company called "Easy Saver." I called the toll-free number on my bank statement, and was informed that when I ordered from ProFlowers, they automatically enrolled me in a program that I had no idea existed, and made a monthly automatic billing from my account for $14.95.
I insisted on having my money reimbursed, and cancelling the so-called 'account.' Finally the customer representative agreed to my demands. However, I checked back through my bank statements today, and realize this charge has been made on two previous occasions, and I failed to take note.
I will call the company on Monday (they are closed on weekends) to demand reimbursement. However, an online search reveals that this company is cheating people in this matter routinely. They need to be stopped!

Answer: CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.
Answer: You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Answer: I paid over 100 for twelve on Mother's Day and never received them …… Hopefully I get my money back … Buyer beware
