Not happy

Unfortunately, my delivery was a day late and the person I was sending it to was out of town the next day that it was delivered luckily, we were able to have a neighbor grab it until she returned. Usually, I've had positive response whenever I place an order.

The flowers I ordered looked nothing like what was delivered. The flowers weren't the same type for some and the colors were bright. I sent these flowers for sympathy (loss of a pet) and they were bright pinks, purples, reds and yellow.

Order did not arrive on time
December 21, 2025

Ordered flowers for a 12/15 delivery in memoriam of my best friend's death. There was no way to track the shipment and it did not arrive on the 15th. Reached out to customer service at 6pm and was told residential deliveries can be delivered up until 8pm. By 8:15pm flowers had still not arrived. Reached back out to customer service and they confirmed the flowers were not delivered. They offered a free upgrade and to deliver the flowers the next day. My best friend's mom received the flowers on 12/16. For the amount spent on delivery there should be a tracking system and delivery date guarantee.

Nice selection

There were many choices to choose from the centerpieces. I purchased 2 of the nutcracker centerpiece however only one was delivered as ordered. The second one was a gingerbread centerpiece however only while appreciated by the receiver, it was not what I ordered

My grandson and his wife were happy with the bouquet, but I believe it should have been a little bigger and bigger. It really wasn't even arranged nicely. I will not be ordering from you again. I will.tell friends to order from another florist. I was charged 2 delivery charges. Very unfair!. Lois Appel

Set on porch. Nit delivered to person. Flowers were very pretty per recipient. If I hadn't texted her the flowers would have sat on porch all night. Thank goodness it wasn't freezing or raining

The flowers that were delivered were nothing like the picture. They were a lot smaller. They were very sparse compared to the picture and nowhere near as pretty as the picture was shown.

Always a good choice!

You lied twice about the delivery
