Unfortunately, my delivery was a day late and the person I was sending it to was out of town the next day that it was delivered luckily, we were able to have a neighbor grab it until she returned. Usually, I've had positive response whenever I place an order.

The flowers I ordered looked nothing like what was delivered. The flowers weren't the same type for some and the colors were bright. I sent these flowers for sympathy (loss of a pet) and they were bright pinks, purples, reds and yellow.

Ordered flowers for a 12/15 delivery in memoriam of my best friend's death. There was no way to track the shipment and it did not arrive on the 15th. Reached out to customer service at 6pm and was told residential deliveries can be delivered up until 8pm. By 8:15pm flowers had still not arrived. Reached back out to customer service and they confirmed the flowers were not delivered. They offered a free upgrade and to deliver the flowers the next day. My best friend's mom received the flowers on 12/16. For the amount spent on delivery there should be a tracking system and delivery date guarantee.

There were many choices to choose from the centerpieces. I purchased 2 of the nutcracker centerpiece however only one was delivered as ordered. The second one was a gingerbread centerpiece however only while appreciated by the receiver, it was not what I ordered

The tree was a bit dry upon arrival with some of the needles falling off. After some watering it is doing fine and very cute when decorated.

I have relied on ProFlowers for many years, over 15 easily, because for the most part there have been no hiccups and on the very few times when the delivery or order was not as expected, ProFlowers has made it right. Beautiful flowers as well.

The fact that it requires a written survey just to confirm my order was received is annoying. Glower came on time and in good shape and note was hand written which had a nice touch.

Answer: CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.
Answer: You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Answer: I paid over 100 for twelve on Mother's Day and never received them …… Hopefully I get my money back … Buyer beware
