Excellent customer service from Heather. Very pleasant and easy shopping experience. I Highly recommend Promotion Pros.
Customer service was less than helpful. Not being an artist or having professional resources, I asked customer service for help in crafting an imprint that would fit on the product. They were not helpful, and I ended up with an imprint was was only marginally acceptable. I asked several times about the color of the gold imprint and never got a straight answer. The gold print on 2 different products looks more yellow than gold.
Delivery time was significantly longer than other promo vendors.
I rate my 1st time ordering experience with Promotionpros as 5 stars because it was fast and easy. In the beginning I had a few questions which were quickly answered by Yvonne. I then placed the order and we bounced back and forth for a couple of days with the logo approval. The order was placed and I received it ahead of schedule. I would not hesitate to order again from Promotionpros.
