Happy I was able too order these magnets separate.

I contacted customer service via email that somehow the quantity on one of my two orders should have been 1 rather than 2. I never received a response and so had to pay for two items rather than the one I intended to order. This is the reasoning for my ratings in your survey. The products are just fine but the extra unintended cost did affect my bottom line.

Everything went well with the purchase. Slightly disappointed with the product because it seems to do a lot of background noise amplification when there is no other dominant sounds being recorded.

I mailed twice requesting support to charge the item I bought and I haven't received an answer.

I haven't had an opportunity to use the product as of yet.
