I am very interested in PSI and practice it on a daily basis. I am making a strong effort to obtain my contractor's license in order to support my professional work.
I feel like the questions in the testing are not generalized and are related to what information that is given to you in their "classes/online study guides" that you have to purchase. I feel like there was more than one correct answer to the questions on the "practice test" I took part in. I will pay for the class/study guide but it's more about business than actually how to build. I had my class A contractors license since 1987 and chose to let it go when my business partner passed away in 2 021. The practice test I took that was supplied has very little to do with the day to day operating of our business.
Never taken an exam through PSI so the experience so far is good

The service has been good so far. I'm trusting the practice will have me prepared to pass my MI insurance license exam on the first try.
Proctor was walking around and standing behind me while testing. This is distracting and cause more stress. They got to a point where they were wiping the keyboards. This was pointless and uncalled for. I will no longer go back to this site. They have a camera I don't know why they feel the need to be cleaning and walking around the room to distract candidates.
I was able to add a test to the cart without acknowledging the one time download statement. Maybe I would have to before purchase, but that seems sloppy.
I purchased a online practice test twice but the second time i got the same test but it doesn't state where that would happen on there and called and tried to get a refund but couldn't and asked to speak with someone higher up but couldn't and still haven't

Previously I purchased the 49.99$ book. With all the topics/chapters locked. I have to purchase the 99$ Book with all the chapters of the book unlocked so when you take the practice test all the chapters are on the test rather than 2 unlocked chapters on the test. Now my total is 150.00$. I should have purchased the 99$ book in the first place and save another 50$. The other book was a waste of $ due to all the topics/ chapters of the book being locked. I am praying this helps me pass then I'll change my review and rating. The 49$ book should get removed off the list so customers don't get misled. Just go straight to the 99$ and save the customers time and money. Thank you.

I paid but it seems to be a glitch in the system. It's not recognizing my purchase and I have the test in a few hours. It's a great system but I need to have full access to the site. Thank you. Hopefully I'll pass today.
This process was verry easy and the test is pretty affordable, i truly recommend this practice exam to any barber looking to get some practice in before they take the big state board test.
I could not access the first test i purchased nor was the email from the support team helpful in getting that test. So hopefully this one works.
I made an online order on 12/11/25 and paid for next day air UPS. I made a note on the order that I needed it by 12/12/25. I was not contacted about the book not going out until 12/12/25. I would have expected a call or email about not being able to arrive on 12/12/25.
Customer service was no help. They knew nothing about my order. They said they would elevate this issue. Never heard anything else.
Complete cluster. Calculator did not work. Proctor would not stop the clock. Issue never was resolved. Have to re take the test. Did not answer one question as the calculator was needed on the first question.
Easy to navigate website. Easy to order and payment process. Just a little confusing to chose between all the languages available
I was able to eventually find the products I believe are best suited to my needs. It was a little challenging to find a digital product for my state exam prep (real estate salesperson). Hopefully it helps!
Kinda clunky interface. Did not see my exact licensing type, so went with what I figured was best fit. Also, not much detail as to what I'm receiving, the format (e.g. If I have to print it out or online) or whatever.

On 12/4 I booked the wrong test, and (1) wrong practice test. On 12/8 I tried the practice test and realized it was incorrect because I only needed residential content, not commercial. I called customer service to get a refund for the 12/9 exam and practice test, and customer service refused. So I booked the correct exam for 12/10. I booked an additional 3 practice tests, but they still contained commercial content, and they were counting my first practice test as 1/3, which they should not have been. So I contacted pt support, asked how to get a refund, she told me to email "memorang" and I wrote what she told me to write VERBATIM. No one has helped me. The memorang email just kept saying to contact pt support and refused to tell me anything else. I want my refund. I was incredibly stressed before my test when the practice tests were supposed to alleviate my worries.
I was told to book the B1/B2/KB1/KB2/Residential/Commercial contractor test so I could take my residential contractor test. I also booked the practice test. Thank god I did, because I realized in the practice test that I should NOT be studying for anything commercial. After calling, I was told I could not get a refund, even if I was given wrong information.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
