I rented a unit in Rosemount, Mn. Mary was so friendly and very patient and helpful with me choosing the right unit that I needed. We are very pleased with our unit, all the units are very clean and easily accessible.

I got the $1 first month rent promotion and they told me I wouldn't have another payment until March. A couple weeks later they are calling asking for money saying I'm late.
I pay it on go on about my business. On the 1st of June I found a house to rent and we cleared out the unit June 3rd. I call to let them know I had emptied my unit and asked about my refund because I had already made June's payment May 22nd, they informed me they don't give refunds. I'm just out that money.
I spoke with the manager, customer service, & the district manager. None of them cared and wouldn't help get my money back. They just said that is what I agreed to signing the lease. The district manager was even rude to me and I was nothing but polite to all of them.
I was told if I had not have made my payment and let them know ahead of time that they would have prorated it for me, but since I paid it early that I was just out that money.
Terrible customer service for someone that pays them early. Don't use them!
Eric, the location manager was very informative and thorough. My husband and I had a great and easy first experiences at the Boynton Beach location. Prior to meeting with Eric, I spoke with a property owner who was more than helpful and went above and beyond to find what I was looking for at a location she wasn't even affiliated with, unfortunately I dont recall her name. Bottom line, great customer service.
I think their policies suck my unit unit leaked at the door and in the ceiling leaked to all my paperwork all my pictures my kids and my clothes everything I had in there soaking wet and the manager told me that her boss let her move into the unit for $5 more I need to buy me 10 boxes or more to get the 10 percent discount I have the lock that I just purchased the month before I need to buy a new one cuz that one won't work which was $17 I don't have 17 dollars to pay for a lock. I move my stuff in there to be safe and it wasn't. Without receipts they won't help you my receipts were in my paperwork for safekeepingso it's very hard to go there and take care of it and dry things out when you don't have a car.so Had to move my stuff out and I did so on the 5 now she's harassing me for an outstanding bill this just doesn't seem fair how they got to number one I will never know thank you Dana Meadors
Melody at #******* is very pleasent and knows her property it is always clean and there is always a hi with your name. I have rented my unit for over 2 years and melody is always there to help

Just went to book a storage unit. Met up with Feather Rae. She was so helpful. I have never had to rent one so took me out ot look at one wasn't big enough, she said no problem so I rented a bigger one.
She made the process so smooth, I didn't have to ask very many question she had answered them before I had to ask. When you have so much on your mind about moving its nice to have a person like Feather who really put my mind a ease our property will be safe and surcure. This lady is very good at her job and I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Feather.
I been a customer for a little over a year now, and let's say I yet have anything bad to say about the customer services yet. I would love for every one to know that there customer services there is wonderful. Tina who works at public storage is a wonderful worker. Every time I come to make payments she greet me with great customer services. I would love to give her a 10 star rating if I could. She always know how to make a person smiles and give great customer services. That's why I am still a customer at public storage and would remain da customer a little while longer.
Wow! Talk about going above and beyond! We had the good fortune to meet and deal with Leala at the Public Storage located at Rainbow and Desert Inn roads in Las Vegas. Business #*******. We came in from a horrible trip from Michigan to get our storage vehicle and it wouldn't start. Leala got right on the phone and found us a company to come and jump it for us. While the tow company was very busy, she called friends and businesses that she knew and got us a room for the evening, all, I might add, at incredible prices! She sensed our stress, and by the time we left, she had us feeling much better about life. Thank you Leala, the world needs more people in public service like you girl! I went online and took advantage of the online deal. Yesterday 07/24/13 I went to check in. Here's were the deceptive practice came into play. The online quote stated 1 mo. Free and 15% of the monthly rate of $69.00 for registering online. I question the agent about the rate, she stated that I rec'd the discount. She also stated that the monthly rate is $78.00 and $69.00 is the discounted price. I went ahead and took the unit site on seen, I'm going through a crisis situation. Facility is old and run down dead cockroach in the common area of the storage unit. I called C/S and was referred to Ronnie Baker, he was absolutely no help he stands behind the agent. I told him that 15% of $78.00 is $66.30, I'm being charge $69.00. He stated that the rate changes daily. I stated the rate on my contract states $78.00 as the monthly rate. The math does not add up. According to the online special my monthly rate should be 15% off $69.00 which is $58.65. Pleas don't use the Storage Facility they repetition of deceptive business practices. I use the facility located on 2840 S. Westmoreland Rd. Dallas, TX

Answer: It was close to my new place and it had a good quote, and $1 move in. But none of those prices were implemented
Answer: It is sometimes easy to get a hold of the monager at the actual stor but getting corporate to answer or return calls is an ABSOLUTE NEVER!
