Also, their app can't adapt to a readable screen text size for sight impaired people on a PC laptop.
When I twice asked for a refund several people persuaded me that they required me to publish one book before asking for a refund. With my poor sight that was impossible. Finally after threatening them, I was refunded.
They will never have my business again.
