The product I received was a used /return product and it was not said when I purchased it that it was used/returned I wanted an unused product. And too much hassle to return.

I ordered a new Superchips 3581 Flashcal+, but received a used one that was locked to someone else's VIN. When I contacted customer support I was told that they would have one to me by the next day. When the next day came and went I contacted customer support again and was told that they didn't have them in stock and the manufacturer would be sending it to me directly within the next 5 days. While I was on hold I found the same thing at another site for less so I told the representative to cancel the order and I would like a refund instead. I took the item in the original shipping box to the FedEx store that afternoon and, according to FedEx's tracking, Quadratec received the returned item two weeks ago and I have still not received a refund. I have made multiple attempts to call them but am only met with an automated message that they are closed, even though I'm calling during the business hours listed on their website.

Ordered new soft top was shipped same day and received it 3 days later through a snow storm

The front bumper fog light recessed tubing was not aligned with the fog lamp mounting bracket. As a result the fog light could not be installed because of the misalignment. I had to trim the tubing with a cutting torch to get the clearance to install the fog lamp on the fog lamp bracket. Repainted and you can not tell from with bumper installed.

Part in stock, factory fit, works as expected... everything I've purchased from quadratec has been flawless in performance and fit.
Can you ask for ANYTHING more?

It looks like the correct spring for my old Jeep and a lot cheaper than several of the well-known Willys Jeep supply houses. Too bad it costs so much to ship anything.
