The tool is really easy to use and allows you to design surveys within minutes using templates. It is great for people who don't have much experience creating surveys to gauge different metrics like NPS, CSAT, and CES surveys.

This was our first attempt at on-site surveys and we are surprised by how useful they are. Emails surveys were not doing it for us since customers would respond and we couldn't collect actionable insights. With Qualaroo, we can launch surveys on our home page and sub domains to understand the customer experience more closely and collect contextual insights.

The tool helped us gather deep insights and not simply the basic 'how satisfied are you…' kind of customer feedback. We were able to trigger a survey at touchpoints and get a pulse of the customers.
