I have been eating raising cane's for several year until recently I have been experiencing different locations undercooking the fries and they the last terrible experience was today in which I didn't even get a receipt. I called customer relations to report it and spoke with Allison who said she would block my number for reporting undercooked fries. Beware and stay far away from this over priced undercooked food to make you sick!
Order Raising canes in Compton ca, for delivery, bag was just tied up but no sticker to close bag, also drink does not have tape on lid or even being in a bag, alot of crazy people we live in, 9:30 pm june 26, hopefully in near future, theyll protect food to be more safe
Cane's policy for charging for their sauce when you buy anything all a cart. I bought 12 chicken tenders and they would not provide, even one. I had to buy everyone. I called the corporate office and they mocked me. They said they make all of their sauce homemade and it's so special. They literally tried to make me feel like crap. I will never go or buy from canes again there are plenty of other excellent chicken takeout that gladly give you as many dipping sauces that you need.
Furthermore, they only give you complementary what they think you should have. If you buy a four piece, you only get two dipping sauces. It's their judgment, not yours. How can anybody consider spending money at a company so greedy?…
No spice No flavour the moisture from the fries make everything soggy. Thawed Ore Ida is far better. You wouldn't put a wet rag in with a silk robe or would you.
Terrible food couldn't stomach it the fries are tiny they don't serve bbq sauce. And there's bones in the boneless strips. Worst chicken I've ever eaten
When they first opened in Chicagos NW burbs the chicken pieces were pretty big. Now they're small, kind of remind me of small shrimp, and the prices are too high. Chicken got worse, prices got jacked up. Won't be returning!
Went in to get dinner after working all day cashier put her hands on the top of the cup I nicely asked for a new one she than bent down with another employee and put her whole hand in the cup on purpose and was laughing this is the raising Cannes on Ramone road in Palm Springs ca
Chicken was without any taste and that lil side of their allegedly popular sauce is mediocre at best. I mean some of the worst fried chicken I have had. Why no, none, zilch seasoning is beyond me. American pallets have become very sophisticated and it theirs lacks any culinary magic.
Tried Raising Cane's with the family. While I am a big chicken finger fan, not everyone is. Hard to believe how limited their menu is. Not a big deal for adults, but if your kids are picky eaters, this might not be the place for you.
I waited in line for 30 minutes. When i finely got my order i asked if i could get some extra canes sause. They said it was. 35 cents i said why didn't say that. Then when i got home with my $20. Chicken order their is no ketchup, napkins, or canes sause. What a rip off.
It is rare to drive away with an order that is incorrect. The employees are always upbeat, friendly and quick and they thank you with a smile. It's refreshing to patronize a fast food restaurant where the employees appear to actually like their jobs. The food is always fresh and consistent and I love their iced tea!
Any restaurant you go into they greet you with a smile. You feel welcomed. The chicken fingers are the best I've had. Love the sauce (always order an extra one!).
My only complain is I wish they put the coleslaw and bread in a separate container when you get it to go. I like my coleslaw cold and my bread not so moist. One can dream of perfection.
Love you Cane's!
