I was told the floor mats were better than another brand, but they are... in fit nor perceived quality. Rather than return them though we've decided the reduced cost makes them acceptable. Unfortunately the mud flaps don't fit so they will be returned.

Shopping by phone was very satisfying. Can not tell you about the product yet, haven't installed or checked for leaks. The last product (Bakflip) that I purchased from you I have had nothing but trouble with. The plastic corner pieces leak badly and have broken twice. I won't buy a bakflip again unless changes are performed on the product.
I purchased front mudflaps for my 2025 Ram last fall. They did not yet have the rear flaps for the new model available yet. When I saw the rears were now being made I wanted to order them to finish the truck, but they only sold thr rears as a set. I contacted customer service and after explaining the issue, I was sold the set at a 50% discount so as to not penalize me for having already bought the fronts. Excellent service to satisfy a loyal customer.
So I had a lot of trouble with the steps I was trying to buy. I guess they show out of stock in website and then I would hit alert me when product is available it would tell me they where. I ended up completing my deal with the text to chat person which at first made me leery of everything just giving my credit card info stuff. But it all went through. I haven't received the product yet so really to soon to rate if I'm satisfied yes only reason for 3 stars once I have them I would be more happy to give an opinion on them. But that is all would have rather been able to go to site click on what I wanted paid more legit type thing.

I was overall happy with product and installation instructions. There were two plastic brackets used to fasten cover when it is up that I had to bore out to get the provided threaded bushings to fit through. I also had to go to hardware store to get screws long enough to attach brackets. The screws provided were not long enough. There are also two plastic pieces meant for install on each side of tailgate that are not going to stay in place no matter what I do. They are fastened with glue strips and will not last long. There are also two small brackets on each side of tailgate attached with one screw each. One side has broken off and the other side does not look like it is straight. I bought and installed this yesterday. Overall product is good. The detail parts and their install are really bad.

Working with the folks at Realtruck was quite a treat! I received great customer service and the price was very competitive. My only reason for a reduced star rating is because FedEx is, quite literally, the absolute worst shipping company on the planet. I only reduced by one star though, because Realtruck should not have to bear the burden of FedEx's lousy service, and the shipping was free, so I really don't have that much to complain about; first world problems being lousy shipping that I didn't have to pay for...
Overall, my experience with Realtruck was great and I would still recommend them to anyone looking for parts that are available at Realtruck, even if they still use FedEx.

The two pads for the rear part of the rails, were the same. I have had to superglue it on. Other than that, it seems to be decent.
