The company will not refund your payment, and I assure you that you will not be happy with the $10 doll the mail you. Keep in mind this company is based in China, so getting a refund will not happen.

Avoid This Company: Misleading Products and Nonexistent Customer Service

I purchased two dolls as Christmas gifts for my granddaughter and was horrified by what I received. The items were nothing like the pictures advertised. The girl doll's face was completely different, her clothing was subpar compared to the images, and the heartbeat feature did not work. There was no jewelry included, despite it being advertised. The boy doll was just as disappointing, with poor quality and no resemblance to the advertised product. These dolls are less than Dollar store products.

To make matters worse, I reached out to customer service immediately after receiving the items, and they have not responded. It has been well over two weeks with no acknowledgment or resolution.

This company not only misleads customers with false advertising but also fails to provide even basic customer support. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM! They take your money and "send" the product to an incorrect address. Tell you its been delivered and ask for proof that it hasn't. The shipping company has confirmed the incorrect address but that isn't proof. Absolutely disgusting!

I ordered a doll for my kids bday. Ironically I am a journalist and in hindsight, this was a decent scam. The doll looks nothing like what was ordered, the price changes every time to refresh the page and then you get a response to your complaint from someone whose name literally means "a classic French technique which consists of making small incisions in a chicken breast - or any other type of meat - into which you place herbs or other flavourings". Gold! So basically we have a doll that could have been made by a 4 year old in a sweatshop and it cost me the grand total of $160 Aussie. Don't bother with this $#*!show. I ordered the one in pink, with heartbeat, coos and breaths. They claim I ordered the basic doll (in white). WTAF?

The doll looks NOTHING like what it should and it was EXPENSIVE. My poor daughter was so excited and this was a gift. I feel horrible for her. Here's a photo of what we expected and what actually came.

This is drop ship reseller. The exact same dolls are half the price on amazon. I'd recommend going there. They also didn't send any tracking info until I contacted them asking to cancel the order

Missing an arm, and just plastic. I've ordered other babys from this website. Like a silicone baby, but its just plastic! Don't buy from this site

I ordered a full silicone doll for over $100 and they sent me a crap plastic doll that I can purchase from the store for $30 and I have tried to contact them numerous times but they refuse to respond and take responsibility for scamming me and others

I purchased a doll for my daughter. When it arrived it was very cheap quality and did not look anything like the pictures. I returned the doll to The Reborn Doll Shop and they have not given me my money back and have kept the doll saying they can't locate the doll. Terrible customer service

Took an absurd amount of time to get here and the doll is a total piece of garbage. When you contact them about returning it they offer a 10% refund. You have to press the chest for heartbeat/sound and it's only both simultaneously. Upset baby crying for her daddy.

My order looked nothing like what I purchased. Trying to return it was a nightmare. They offered me 30% back and I would have to pay an additional $75.00 to return the hideous doll they sent. In the long run, I lost out completely. Please be wary. If I could give less than one star I would.
