I don't like the way that I had to pay fist only to find that I couldn't book as it was under 30 days. Given all the travel restrictions at the moment, it is too hard to plan a holiday too far into the future and when the budget is a concern, having to pay in advance only to find out I can't use the deal at all, feels like I have fallen victim to a scam. I understand that I am able to use the hotel deal in the future but what if I don't stay in that location? Or am there for a different amount of time? I also didn't like that I was unable to see exactly what hotels were available. I am feeling a little ripped off.

The site was easy to navigate to activate my voucher however I was rather shocked at the pictures of the so-called 4star property. It looks like a cinder block dorm room at best. I hope I haven't been scammed.

I don't feel this offer was accurately communicated to me - it's not a free holiday as advertised by the associated business.

The activation was misleading and did not explain things properly. Leaving me having to try to fix my voucher and the booking. It's frustrating and not productive at all.

The hotels announced in the page before make any payment are not at all the available to make reservations. The "illustrative" money to save is ridicoulus above the real. You have a great disccount but it is not the offer announced. The dates to make reservations are very reduced, even it is suppoused to have a year, you only have half a year effective. Pretty much a fraud.

Was part of a package and am extremely disappointed that you had to pay the activate my offer fee to see the hotels and times available. Unfortunately I can't use the package and am out the $100 for the activate my offer and they so far have refused to refund my money. This is a scam!

Cancelled without my permission. Have to be 21 on the site where hotels allow younger people to check in. Doesn't make any sense if you pay for it! Very disappointed and will not book through you guys unless things get changed!

I've checked ALL of the available dates and only 1-3 hotels show up (the same 3) and I don't love any of them. I'd heard there were lots and lots of options. I know it could be about dates, so I looked at ALL of them, for 2 people.

The website is clear and concise as to what will transpire and is expected.

We was promised a stay on Galveston Island for 3 nights, the only place available is a quality inn 15 miles from Galveston, very disappointed!

This was a great opportunity and I'm so grateful for this trip.

Good evening we were disappointed to have to pay the tourist taxes before being able to see the hotels available in the periods wanting more we regret that it is not specified that there are supplements for certain dates and then that few hotel is accessible for a given date that is to say for example for we had only one choice of hotel for the chosen dates

I have not yet went on vacation but I think the experience will be great

I wasn't told by my agent the voucher couldn't be used in the first 30 days and she knew I had planned on using the voucher in 2 weeks I wouldn't have put my money into a vacation destination that I couldn't use for this scheduled vacation time for one. For two she never told me before I paid the fees and taxes that there were no weekend days available until February of 2022 and she knew I wAs planning my vacation as a weekend getaway so I wasted 116 bucks of my vacation money on this voucher that was useless right now. None of the myrtle beach vacation dates available are even on the beach like I was led to believe they were I've only seen 2 different hotels when I tried to book days with the voucher no variety of where we could stay at all just one hotel available? Feels very scam like in nature... I was so excited thinking I had found a great travel agent for booking trips but now I'm not so sure this is a company with great credentials
