I like this curriculum because it puts my kids ahead of the public school system. They are studying through RLS in addition to their school to always stay ahead in their education, and I no longer have to worry about what happens if their regular school stops inperson studies again for whatever reason, because now we have an RLS membership and can always fall to that full time if necessary.
My son likes using RLS and loves the classes. I am happy since I don't have to be after him and since he wants to do these I don't have the extra stress typically associated with doing something that he really does not want to do. You know how kids delay, delay, delay? The juniorfolio, press id, contests create a reward/prize structure which also works as further motivation for my son.

My kids come back from school and spend a few hours on RLS on their own. Both my 3rd and 7th graders love the classes. It frees up some time for me to do extra work and I dont have to watch them after school and I know they are doing something educational. Also my 7th grader loves that he gets an email account and uses it a lot, his only complaint is that he only gets 100mb of space he says he could use more so i took out one star because of that.

Was important for me to enroll my children in RLS as backup because they can't afford to lose more education as what happened last year with public schools when covid begun

Students across the nation are still recovering from learning losses suffered due to school closures during the Pandemic. In the event in-person public school education is disrupted again, like what happened during COVID, the RLS membership will allow bridging any gaps so that there is no more loss of education.

This review is specifically for the piano classes and the guitar classes that RemoteLearning.school offers. They are included in the membership and I'm having my daughter learn Piano and my son learn guitar using the RLS online classes, since both kids showed interest in learning those instruments. They enjoy learning online and have already made a lot of progress. Am glad that I finally got them to play musical instruments, thanks to RLS. The fact that these classes are included with the membership also saves me a lot of money on private tutors.
Next month, my kids are planning to start learning a second language. My daughter wants to learn French, and my son wants to learn to speak Korean (they have a K-pop Korean class which he seems really into so that will motivate him)

I love this program, the price-the content- and versatility. We've utilized their service/curriculum for one and half years, as a homeschool during the early days of Coronavirus, and as an afterschool this year. Any questions or difficulties I have ever encountered have been quickly and efficiently taken care of. Their advisor page, of not only facts but also of children and the learning process is amazing. The fact that my kids get a studentID card and an E-mail address is also an important factor. They flash their ID card everywhere to show how proud they are of being RLS students, and it shows to others that they will be successful in life.

Both our kids (age 10 and 8) have are enrolled at the Remote Learning School. Am happy they both get a student ID as well as an e-mail account it helps me save on a lot of things that would have cost me more to buy them such as software or rides in public transportation, there are many other places you can apply student discounts.
Curriculum is extensive and flexible and they can study at their own pace, sort of like a pick and choose. There are all the main subjects such as ELA and Math as well as special interest classes such as leadership and entrepreneurship. Also there are extracurricular subjects like learning to play musical instrument, learning how to play chess,

We have used RLS now for two of our children. I love the curriculum choices. We currently have a 6th grader who learns more from RLS than from his regular school. It is the perfect choice for our family. We have truly enjoyed the flexibility that RLS has afforded us.

We decided to homeschool our kids, and were looking for the best curriculum to use, and we stubmled upon the Remote Learning School, and decided to enroll after reading all the other reviews. This was the best decision we made! We researched other online education program for kids and felt that RLS was the best fit, and it was! My two boys are in middle school and they are enjoying this better than the private school they were at. No distractions from other students, or teachers screaming at the class! My kids are able to work in peace and stress free, which has boosted their confidence and improved their approach towards school. They have learned a lot of fine details because this program does a great job at covering everything and not just a vague lesson.

We made the switch from another online curriculum. RLS is cheaper but offers much more that benefits my child. I love that there are tons of classes and my kids can choose which ones to take and do them at their own pace.

I want the best for my kids, so when my younger son asked me to join a chess club to play chess, I was happy and enrolled him in a chess club. Then my daughter said she was interested to learn French, so I got her a French teacher. I also paid for electric guitar lessons for my eldest son. And eventually paying for everything became so expensive - until I found RLS which includes everything in one membership - musical instrument classes (not just guitar, for example they have a good piano course), chess class, second language classes (and not just French- for example they also have Spanish, Chinese, and Korean). So they can take all the classes they want and even explore additional ones to see what they are interested in. And what's best is that a single membership covers the entire family. So RLS is an exteremly good value and it won't break your bank.
In addition to the extra-curricular activities, the Remote Learning School also offers all the regular school curriculum and beyond. So my kids can take for example math if they are struggling with it at school or take any other topic either to catch up to to be ahead of the class. RLS is very flexible and you can tailor and take different classes at any level.

As a parent, wanting the best for my child is very important. We have found the RLS program to be very effective. We enrolled our daughter and she loves the classes and is advancing! She is now an A+ reader. We read at least 2 books, per night and she loves reading I highly recommend the program.

My kids are gifted so I enrolled them to RLS so they can learn beyond their boundaries, in school what they are learnins is "boring" so they are always happy after coming back from school (and even on weekends) to log on to RLS and learn new stuff that they did not already know, and actually be challenged.

We LOVE this school and the curriculum they offer. Son is in 3rd grade and absolutely loves it! He learns so much and so fast. My son struggled with many online platforms that offered curriculum and then RLS came along and everything changed for him. Learning became easy and he is now thriving. I like it that the students gets a student ID and a student email address which they can use to get educational discounts (local businesses require a student ID to prove they are a student, for the discount and when you are buying online you will need a school email account to confirm they are a student.)
Happy to hear the RLS student ID card has helped you get student discounts for your kids. I've talked to parents who said they've saved hundreds of dollars a year on educational software, public transportation, books, and even clothes and much more by showing our student ID at a business or by using the student's school email account to verify their student status. Single mom of three kiddos and I work full time. This curriculum has been a life saver! My children are in 1st, 4th,&8th grade. There are helpful learning videos, plenty to read, and worksheets. My 6 year old struggled with reading and the Phonics concept until now! Everything is "clicking" and shes reading so well now! The hands on experience, the fun way of learning and the independence she gets to feel has really helped her open her mind up to receive what is being taught! I LOVE that she can go on to another grade level when shes ready, even if she isnt in another subject
