I visited this site because I was planning a trip to South Lake Tahoe, California and needed transportation to and from Heavenly Village. I came across this website and liked how easy it was to navigate. I emailed them a few questions about their services and got a quick response (within 10 minutes). Putting a shuttle request was easy because the form allowed me to put all the details of the trip's transportation including a request for a baby seat (which the company provided no cost). Thumbs up to their web designer :)
