Very quick friendly service. Car was in good condition. Didn't try to up-sell which is always very annoying.
The service was truly excellent. A friendly, welcoming face at pick up who was very helpful with all my baggage and the children's car seats. I was given a thorough explanation of everything I needed to know and even directions to my hotel 80km away. The return was seamless and the gentleman who drove us back to the airport went off to get a luggage trolley for me as it was just me with my two children and lots of bags. I couldn't recommend highly enough. Brilliant. Thank you for making everything so easy for us.
