I was trying to make a reservation at TownPlace Suites in Seguin, Texas. When I pulled up the website it didn't look like your normal Marriott website so I called the number and questioned the guy. I asked if he was at TownPlace Suites in Seguin and he said that he was the reservation desk. Every time I asked a question about the hotel, he would have to ask someone else and I just didn't have a good feeling. I finally made the reservation because it was nearing time for our trip. After making the reservation I received the email receipt and they had charged for the full stay plus a fee for making the reservation. I knew then it was not the Marriott! I finally found the number to the hotel using whitepages and called to verify the reservation. They did have the reservation and gave me a confirmation but the reservation desk had charged about $20 per night more plus the $13 reservation fee!

I agree with the above posters a similar situation happened to me, they trick you into thinking your dealing with the hotel. Ramada Inn Saco Inn should be ashamed for working with these people. Avoid at all costs

This company tricks you into thinking that you are booking directly through the hotel. They even sent me an email thanking me for booking direct. We needed to change the number of nights we were staying at the hotel and called to cancel a night. ReservationDesk told us they called the hotel and that it was against the hotel policy to change or cancel our reservation. They then refused to refund our extra night. We were standing at the hotel's front desk listening to the conversation. They lied to us. The hotel authorized the change and requested Reservation Desk refund our money.
