After I contacted them about the overcharge, they did give me a refund, so I don't think they are trying to scam people purposely, but still be careful of the pricing, it is not transparent enough on their website, just an update for you guys!

They charged me for two months after my subscription ended without notifying me at all. I looked at my credit card bill and found out that they charged me $29.95 per month even after my initial 14-day subscription ended. The site manipulated the usage of the plans' descriptions and took advantage of their costumers. To me, the site is a scam and took my money without my consent. Beware of the site.
Not transparent in their pricing policy. Its a scam, dont use their service! Will overcharge you after 14days. Terms are put in a very small font size compared so it is hard to overlook. Emailed them for a refund as i did not use their service after that one time. They responded that they will not proceed with the refund. Thought i am paying 0.95 cents but end at paying $40.

I built a resume on coach resume. After that they started to take 30 dollars monthly. My husband hadn't noticed that at all. One week ago we realised what happened. I asked the resume coach to refund my money and they did what I wanted immediately. So build your resume there because their resumes are perfect then you should be sure to unsubscribe. They are trustable. Don't hesitate

I wanted to make a nice and proper resume and I went through their website and at the end there were options to pay for the resume. I spent almost an hour with my resume there. It is obviously my fault too to fall for that, but they could inform in front that it is a chargeable service.

I subscribed to that web site for 14 days which is 29$. Just 10 min ago I got a message from my bank that telling me RESUMECOACH.COM tried to make a 2995$ transaction. I am lucky I have created a card with low limits to pay my first subscription. F. scammers!

Not reliable at all, spent an hour on creating CV and wasn't able to download it, wasn't aware that you had to pay before istarted creating a CV
I trusted this company to create my CV because of their eye-catching templates and super helpful tips. But, I didn't read how their service works. At the end of the month, I got a bank charge from them. After contacting them, they explained to me their conditions. You can sign up for a 14-days free trial but you have to cancel your subscription before it ends. Apart from that, what I would like to highlight that I've made my cv in minutes... super fast

Paying 1.29 for a resume is good but needed to block my credut card cuz the site has a 3 party company that take 40$ every month after and cant cancel subscription do not give ur credit number guys
Let's be clear about what Resume Coach offers. People don't read what they should read before signing up, and here's the problem. This goes for any online service that may come to mind. I know I can be a picky person, but I always double-check the terms and conditions from any service: from Amazon to Resume Coach. After reading the conditions carefully from this resume builder, I saw that if you don't cancel your subscription before the trial period ends, you will be charged with a monthly fee. So I didn't have any problem, as I had canceled the service before the free trial ended.
They show you an initial low amount without any mention of recurring charges, and later on you are surprised with additional charges.
To me "resumecoach" is a scam, beware of it.
