I am totally disappointed of your service, I had only used your website to create a few resumes which was completed in a few hours and I had paid USD 0.95 for that on the 07.11.2019, which was acceptable.
BUT TODAY I HAVE BEEN AGAIN CHARGED USD 29.95, which is unacceptable and unfair, because I have never used your site after that day.
I had trusted your website and disclosed all my details, it's sad to see that your using my card in an unacceptable manner. I am a 20 year old college kid, for whom this USD 29.95 is a larger sum.
I signed up for resume coach and have been charged twice. I have emailed them to cancel their services but I haven't gotten a response. Trying to unsubscribe has also been unsuccessful as they make it as hard as possible. I will be cancelling my card today just to avoid another unwanted payment, very unhappy.
Writing a resume is not easy (at least for me). A friend of mine told me "Google it". That's what I did and how I found this editor. It has good examples of how to write a resume. I've used some of their tips to write mine from scratch.

I WAS CHARGED 82 EUROS FOR A TEMPLATE OF 1.70 EUROS
THEY WERE CHARGING ME WITHOUT MY CONSENT EVERY MONTH WITH THE AMOUNT OF 30 EUROS

I needed a cover letter, but I didn't have a clue how to prepare it. At Resume Coach, I found a section for it where they have several templates and examples. Service truly helpful!

They will not let me cancel my subscription. This site is a complete scam do not do it. I did it thinking I'll download it and cancel but did not work.
I can say that it's true like everyone here, I got charged with a $29.95 fee after a month of downloading just a single resume. But it's also true that I received a refund. After explaining to them that I couldn't afford their monthly service, they understood my situation. They didn't hesitate to give me my money back. Don't get me wrong but my advice is: stop complaining and contact them now. They have a 100% refund policy. You have the chance to get your money back.

I was having an awful day when I noticed that I had an extra charge of $29.95. I contacted their support team to discuss the reason. The agent who attended my case worked with her supervisor until my request was answered. She explained to me all the details clearly and sent everything to my e-mail as a follow-up. Refund received, no problem at all with that. Very helpful team.
I was unknown about this site and while searching for the resume format they charged me $1 in the beginning and after a month directly $29.95 suddenly where I did not ordered. Now I do not find the customer care details.
But if I have to be honest, I didn't read their terms and conditions to really know how their service works. After contacting them on Facebook, I received a full refund of that monthly charge. In the end, it wasn't a big deal at all. Good assistance!

Last year I got an charge to my bank account from Resume Coach. Com. I emailed them and told them I did not order or use their services. Got 2 emails saying to try to log into there system under some false account and stop the auto payments. Told them to stop charging my account that what it was doing was in appropriate. They then continued to charge my account $29.95 five more times. After further emails I had to go to my bank claim these charges as fraud and change my account info. Resume Coach did nothing to help me fix these charges. Do not use this site they are scammers at the least and offer no help to those that they rip off.
