I was under the impression that there was a 365 day return policy on all products but now I'm finding out that there is not. Very, very disappointed in RG+

I used to love the instructional videos I received via Email every day but then I stopped receiving them hopefully after talking to the representative I will start receiving them again.

Revolution Golf representative who took my phone call was excellent but stated he would need to contact his supervisor in order to get the process started to change my credit card in their accounting system and that someone would get back in touch with me in a week to ten days. Several days have passed but I have not yet been contacted.

I like almost every coach you have on your staff, we learn a lot with the good and qualified advice. The support team is always attentive and helpful.
On the other side, your sales pitch is always too long, it is written as if it was addressed to children. Maybe it may be common in the USA but for us, in Europe, it sounds childish and insincere, you can not trusts anyone that it is trying to sell you so aggressively.

BEWARE OF THE 365 day return promise that makes you think it applies to all items! THEY PROMOTE THIS EVERYWHERE IN LARGE BOLD LETTERS. BUT! Read the fine print in the buried, very last paragraph of items to purchase. They stuck me with Cobra F8 irons, which I purchased believing they were returnable within 365 days. Shame on Revolution Golf for misleading advertising. Make the "60 day return policy AS BOLD AND PROMINENT as you do the 365 day policy"!

I had ordered a club and after receiving it, I played several rounds with it. After playing the rounds, I found that the club was not aiding my game at all so I decided to return it. The return process was very easy as I had the RMA within hours of my call. Well done Revolution Golf!!!!

I always find an instructional Nugget to focus on to help me as a 20+ Handicap.
Adding new Instructors have been a great move. But, If I may, a suggestion, Use some of the gals from the LPGA or their Coaches. I find their swings and Tempo to be easier for a higher Handicapper like myself!

Was an original RG plus member, Ive purchased the special shaft for my driver from club fix when they were associated with RG. Purchased numerous tape sets tour striker 7 iron and swing aids from martin chuck, martin Hall, Most recently the lag stix and power package. I wish they had a 60 day return on the RENEGAR wedges. Worst wedges I have ever owned and the only wedges I have ever had that RUSTED and are still "rusting" they never lived up the the HYPE. They should have been recalled. Let me know if they were recalled and I somehow missed the announcement. Chet M Chesapeake Virginia *******

From different pros, but nothing has ever touched on some of the instruction I have received

The new port of entry no longer accepted my Userid and Password and as instructed online I call the number and went into the queue waiting for support. The lady that answered the phone was extremely adept at solving the problem I had and explained what the next steps would be to reinstated my ability to sign on. She did an excellent job. I've had occasions to use the Help Desk at other companies and believe me the experience was no where near as pleasant as the one I had with Revolution Golf.

Have thoroughly enjoyed the classic and contemporary insights from bona fide instructors offering game improvement tips. My game has gone from bogeys and doubles to pars and bogeys. And its never a good day when grinding for doubles.

I renewed my membership with Revolution Golf this fall. At the time RG was offering 12 Taylor Made TP5X golf balls free for renewing one's membership. An excellent offer by RG indeed to renewing members! I was told that it would take approximately 6-8 weeks to receive the golf balls. After approximately 8 week I contacted Joey, a representative of RG, and was told that the shipments were taking longer than normal for the golf balls but not to worry. A few weeks later I was beginning to worry and Alex, another RG representative of RG, advised me that there was a shortage of TPx5 golf balls and was very apologetic. He did indicate to me that I would still receive the dozen TPx5 Taylor Made golf balls free when the inventory became available and furthermore to compensate me for my inconvenience in time and delivery Alex agreed to send me 2 dozen free Taylor Made Project (a) golf balls. Within a few days Skler, another Revolution Golf representative, contacted me to reassure me that the 2 dozen Project a golf balls were being sent to me as soon as possible and that the free 12 TP5X golf balls would be sent as soon as they are in inventory.
In my view Revolution Golf has done an exceptional job in the circumstances and I also have to say that I know that even with their limited staff in their 2 locations they call me back by phone very quickly. I recommend to others who are calling to leave their number and RG will get back to you within the hour as opposed to waiting on hold.

I was one of the first to sign up for Revolution Golf and have been a member of Revolution Golf for many years. I have purchased some items. Recently, I was trying to make a simple email address change and was unsuccessful after several attempts. My repeated attempts to redirect all of the videos and promotional emails to my new email address were ignored, with no action taken at all! I finally had to call about the change and was told by the person I talked to that he would take care of it. I can only hope everything works out as he said it would. It was just frustrating to have to go through all of that angst. One word of advice..."Keep it simple!" I can say that Revolution Golf has great teachers, great promotions, and decent product offerings, but please do something about your customer service technology.
