I really enjoy my bag the quality is awesome and the delivery is fast. In addition any question I have was answered right away. I am very happy with my bag. I would recommend based solely on my experience.

I love the bag. Its beautiful…a piece of work. The only thing that I might suggest is if you could make the straps that convert to backpack, if those could be detachable. That would be perfect!

I bought a bag from this company last year, but it wasn't the right bag (I think I may have selected the wrong bag). I contacted the company to see if they could exchange and they said that I would have to send it back to them in China ($160 with DHL) OR wait to have them "send me a US address." So months go by and I'm emailing them to follow up, and then they go and send me a US address of a customer in the US who had gone on their website and purchased the bag I wanted to return. They wanted me to go to USPS and mail the bag to this person - after I had opened it. I was like, this is kind of a scam. I couldn't mail it in time so they sent me another address some weeks later, of another customer in the US who had bought the bag too. I let my credit card company know but they couldn't refund me because technically the website says I would have to pay for shipping for returns. So I do not recommend this company at all. The bag itself was ok but not lined and not made very well. I'm probably going to just give it away.

It is exactly what shown on the website. The quality is excellent. The delivery was sooner than expected.

Got this for my husband for his birthday! It's gorgeous, smells amazing, the shoe compartment is big, the bag holds the perfect amount for a full weekend away.
The tag was even stamped with his initials! What a beautiful touch! Don't any further, if you've arrived on this bag just pull the trigger. Will be order again for my FIL.

I was very disappointed at the quality of leather. The kit looks cheaply made and the monogramming is the same color so you really can't see the name unless you look for it. I was embarrassed to give this to my husband for a gift, but told him I would find something better and to use this as a back up junkie shaving kit.

Ordered a bag from this company that looked to be from California. Next thing I knew I got emails about product coming from China. When my bag arrived it was not a good quality and not up to description and cost. Took a long time and many emails for them to accept I wanted a Return/Refund. When I finally got an address for return it was a city/province/country code but no company name or street. Will cost a lot to send, probably won't get there, doubt I'll get refund.

Smelled great when I opened it. I've only been on a few trips since purchasing but it seems like it is made really well. Can't wait to use it over the years.

I bought this for my grandson and he was thrilled with it. I live in another state so I don't have any first hand knowledge of how it is wearing but it is very well made. I'm sure it will last a really long time! He had the biggest smile on his face when he opened his gift!

The backpack is constructed very well and has a great amount space for my laptop and other items that I need to have with me on a daily basis. I have also received numerous compliments on how nice it looks. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

My husband absolutely loves his new bag! The leather is rich and rustic and thick and you can literally smell the quality! Love the feel of it and it's the perfect size. Also the delivery was fast as well, even shipped from China during the Christmas season.

I bought 3 different bags from RockCow as Christmas gifts for my son and 2 son-in-laws, and I loved each and every one. I initially bought 2 of the lighter types and needed a 3rd and went with the vintage style. The craftsmanship and detail are really impressive. They're beautiful to look at and with time will age beautifully as well.

My husband was very impressed with this dopp kit that I got him for Christmas. I had his name put on it and it really stood out. The bag has enough room for all his needs when he travels. He loves it! Thanks for making an excellent product.

I ordered a waxed canvas cross-body shoulder bag without thinking to check reviews and I sweated bullets until it came--and it did come. Took about three weeks. It looks good. It is waxed canvas, thick, strong stuff. Most of it is single stitched and I haven't put it to use yet. Couple of scary indicators about this business, though: Their return policy is vague, at best. It does seem to be a Chinese outfit, not a US business. Therefore, not accountable, and I was burned by a fake shoe sales company before--also a Chinese outfit. My credit card company could not get my money back from that endeavor and I got no shoes. Just lost seventy bucks. Point here is don't deal with a Chinese business, or maybe with any business based out of the US. I got my shoulder bag via US mail. Was sent with tracking number from the SF Express, whoever they are. The return address on the package showed a male Latino name but the package had Chinese characters stamped all over it. I got the bag! It looks good, but I'd never order from them again because I don't really know who or what they are or where they are.

Only on the plastic shipping bag did I see Republic of China is their location. Their return policy is total subterfuge. It states they will prepay freight if an item is damaged. I received 3 shoddy bags, but said I would only return the leather bag that had a v shaped ink mark. The response from * was informing ME to CLEAN IT. After repeated emails to them, we tried calling 30 times only to get suspicious messages such as "The number is busy..." or "Internet problems...". I am contacting my credit card, the BBB, the Attorney General or whoever could stop them from selling in the United States. I would imagine their reviews on the site are as fake as their policies.
