Not all Rosewe clothing is made in the same material or manufactured the same way, So the quality really depends. I buy stuff there sometimes because the prices are good and they provide free shipping worldwide. I suggest not to throw them into washer if they look delicate.
I am putting two and two together. This is a scam. I ordered off of rosewholesale.com (different website but I believe the same people). No one is getting their orders and if they do, it's in small Chinese children sizes. Poor quality. It's as if they try to replicate the picture. They give a runaround when you contact them. Always excuses and then it's too late to contact your credit card company. There is a complaint group on facebook. And tons of negative review pages. I now check every website out before I order. So sad I have to do this.

Merchandise misrepresented! I ordered a long coat, size XXL. Today I received a hip length jacket. The size was so small across the shoulders and around the middle that this wouldn't fit a 12-year old in the US. I doubt I will be doing business with the firm in the future
I've ordered from Rosewe before. I've heard some real horror stories about shopping from then, so I was weary, but they were excellent. They have me a working tracking number, let me know when it was shipped, and it came within 2 weeks. I’d recommend them, just make sure you read the measurements for their clothes really, really well.

30/11-2015 I have ordered black dress with long sleeves. 45 days I waited for the parcel.On 19/01-2016 I received parcel. When I opened it I found that its not the dress I bought. Instead of long sleeves dress was with short sleeves. I emailed to the company they asked me to send3 pictures after I sent pictures they still say the item was ship correct. I sent 10 emails i wantthe dress I bought I was offered %20 refund., than they said if I return item i will get %60 refund. I said I want compensation and demand full refund. Before when I had some problem representative Charles Chan has help me I email him too no respond. Now I should tell company is a scam. At post office I was told parcel cost $6 not $29AU. Well it seems after reading all of these reviews I may never see my $ again. I spent over $250 on XXL clothing to get me through pregnancy. I made sure the measurements of the advertised clothing met the UK size for size 22-24. After a month I received all the items however the actual measurements varied between UK size 8-12. I contacted the website to report their error and after almost a month the best offer has been they will give me $65 not to send the clothes back, calling that "compensation". I have asked for my complaint to be escalated but I keep being told the person who keeps responding cant approve anything other then $65. First and last time I order clothes online!
Update: Just to clarify things after Rosewe Rep's comments:
I didn't order the wrong size!
I didn't base my purchase on just what the pictures looked like!
I checked each item sizing information on Rosewe website before purchasing, to ensure that it was the measurements I needed.
The items that arrived were NOT THE MEASUREMENTS ON ROSEWE WEBSITE! This is FRAUD -- I don't know how else to make anyone at Rosewe understand this is their fault and not mine - normal "policy" doesn't apply.
Until now all I've been asking Rosewe to contribute to the cost of returning their goods and then a full refund.
After reading so many more complaints about Rosewe not returning money when they are returned items, I no longer trust Rosewe to return any money even if I do send the products back.
I've had numerous interactions with Rosewe Customer Service, although they obviously have no idea what customer service is about. So far the best offer I can still get is for them to give me $65 to go away and let them keep over $200 of my money.
I will be lodging my complaint with Consumer Affairs and PayPal, who will be able to do more about this scam website. I'd recommend anyone that has had the misfortune of doing business with them, don't wait too long before doing the same.

If you are not sure about the size, you are welcome to chat with the online service. As for your order, we support refund too. But you will need to pay for the shipping to you and back. Ordered in early September. Still have NOT received ANYTHING. I paid for EXPRESS SHIPPING. I disputed it through PayPal and escalated it to a claim after they kept asking me to close the dispute. THEN they posted a tracking number showing that they actually only sent anything TODAY -- almost a MONTH later. I wouldn't be surprised if the package has a bunch of rocks in it. I spent $170! I contacted them via a "Ticket" on October the 2nd, regarding my order and received an email from them letting me know it had been shipped. When I go to the tracking link it still shows in transit but that's it. It is now October the 10th and I still have nothing and still can't confirm where my package is. After a very long wait on my product I realized the material wasn't even worth putting on my puppy. Answer: Amber you won't receive it or you will receive something and you will want a refund because the clothes look like s@#t! You may just get a piece of fabric not even sawn on! Then you are going to request a refund and they will tell you that you will need to pay for the shipping and to re-consider the refund as it is not worth the extra fee (weird). Once you send it back they will pretend that they have never received it even though I sent mine back on registered mail and someone actually signed for it and I got notified. I don't think I will ever see my money back! They are a bunch or scumbags!

RoseWe and Rosewholesale are not a same company even though our names are similar.
Just like Rosewe and Romwe are similar but we are not same companies too.
