Our experience with Rosewood Home Builders has been excellent. Right from the design phase they worked with us to design the plan that fit our needs. We enjoyed watching them building our home quickly, but efficiently. The site workers were always courteous and professional, and even made sure to keep the site as clean as possible. Several of our family members that have experience in the industry commented on the high quality of the construction. We are extremely satisfied with the quality as well and appreciate the warranty that Rosewood offers. The few items on our 60-day warranty were taken care of almost immediately after we submitted the claim. Overall we are completely satisfied with our new home and very happy that we made the choice to move into a Rosewood Home.
