I bought 2 rings - simulated emerald and a simulated blue sapphire in sterling silver. These are two of my favorite stones. I love them both and the price was right. I have 2 make cocker spaniels & this is there Xmas present for Mom (me).

I ordered another slip-on beaded bangle to complement the two I've been wearing for a couple of months. I'm happy with the quality of the gold-over-sterling beads and the elastic feels sturdy and secure.

The necklace looks different in person. The red beads are not crimson red/maroon as they're seen on the picture, it's more like coral red/dark orange.

I have bought several pieces of jewelry from Ross Simons and always very pleased. I just happened to see the paw print charm, with a monogrammed name. It was a perfect remembrance for me to always cherish.

No problem placing my order. I had viewed this ring a few times and was looking for a gold band. I didnt mind that it was supposedly 18k gold over sterling silver but there's no proof of that anywhere inside the band. This ring looks nothing like the one advertised. The picture on your site shows a beautiful, very gold looking band that looked solid, possibly with a heavier feel and the gold looked like it covered all of the intricate design. What I received was a cheap looking, extremely lightweight ring, and the gold looks very minimal. Up close, upon magnification you can see the gold overlay is extremely thin and not very gold looking. I have ordered jewelry from you in the past and have been very pleased with it. I ordered a bracelet from you that I wear often and I bought a ring from you that matched the gold and silver in the bracelet and I love wearing them together. They both feel like solid pieces of jewelry. This recent purchase falls short in every way. I ordered a size 8 as I do with all bands. This one fits, but it's slightly snug. My ring finger is a size 7. I always order up a size if I'm ordering a wider band. Your sizing on this ring is off. I'm keeping it because it's a hassle to return things but I do not see myself wearing this ring. In the past, I could always trust Ross-Simons jewelry. Something has changed. According to my email I know I ordered something from you in the past year or two and returned it, but I cannot remember what the item was. I know I bought some thin gold bands that I may have kept, but they were also disappointing, very cheap looking, and much thinner in person than what was depicted on your site. I was also disappointed in that order. I will not be ordering anything from Ross-Simons in the future.

I wore it once, then put it away. It sounds like cheap plastic since it's hollow. It would have been better to use that silver backing to make the head more sturdy rather than covering the back with a flat piece. Because of how it sounds, my friends are questioning if it's even real silver.

When I ordered these earrings it indicated that a 15% discount was applied, I paid $69 plus tax. 2 days later you advertised these earings at 15% off for $58.65

Entered my shipping address and it kept telling me it was too long. I, tried to abbreviate and it would accept. Tried this several times, then called CS and they told me to call in my order and that they would speak to IT!

Everything was fine but the bracelet wasn't as nice as I had hoped. Very thin and breakable! I'll have to be very careful. I needed it to go with tree of life pendant I bought in Germany.

Someone gave me a gold filled extender which turned black after 6 months. As an 83 year old, small clasps are difficult and now my necklace of 10 karat gold is easy to take off and will not tarnish. Connecting it to my necklace was difficult because of its size and old less flexible hands.
