The order was processed very quickly and arrived in excellent condition. However, I was quite disappointed in the engraving because I expected it to be much smaller. It seems very large for the size of the cup and was engraved on two lines. I realize I should have contacted you directly to discuss the engraving and accept the responsibility.

The only problem I have is when I ordered my jewelry I was offered a special offer on 18 carrot gold over silver earrings for $19.99 but when my order came in the invoice said I payed $49.99 for them. I'm very disappointed in the deception.

I really like the earrings. This might sound like a lot, but they feel like they were made just for me. Just the right size, simple, but pretty. I really like them and they were super easy to put on. No need to worry about your necklace falling off. These magnets are strong! Plus, they make it much easier to put on the necklace than trying to attach the tiny spring rings!

I bought these earrings to replace a Tiffany bead earring that I lost. Tiffany is not currently selling a 10 mm bead earring, so I was unable to get a replacement. These earrings from Ross are just as beautiful and were a fraction of the price.
