It's nice to find a website that sells hardware gizmos and includes good, accurate mechanical drawings right up front rather than in some PDF download. I needed some grommets and found just the ones that solved my problem. The prices were reasonable. The grommets were as described. Shipping was prompt. Problem solved.

I needed a few rubber grommets of a specific size. After searching the Web I settled on Rubber Feet. My choice was primarily based on the terrific selection of grommet sizes( outside & inside diameter, width, groove width and groove depth). Shipping was reasonable and very prompt, however my only gripe is the need to purchase a minimal number of the item, 20 I believe. I am nit picking and maybe unfair since as a business they need to be cost effective in their production and pricing. Recommended.

Been using RFW for a couple years now to order the same product each time. One time the wrong product gpt ordered and we didn't realize until 3 months after the fact, and they still let me send it back and credited me back.
The sorting options on this site are great, I just wish there were a couple more product options or maybe more modern shipping options: I have a hundred extra grommets due to the minimum order size. But hands down they got the job done for me at a reasonable cost for a one-off. I don't think I'm the target customer but I was happy to place a small order online and have it show up.

Fantastic price and very fast shipping! These rubber feet are perfect for what we are using them for; the right diameter, the right thickness, flat on both sides, 1/4" hole with an internal steel washer, and the rubber is not too hard and not too soft, they are perfect! They come with a lot of stray rubber bits all over them, but they are easily and quickly blown off with compressed air to make them nice and clean. Please keep these in stock for future purchases, thanks guys!
