I looked many days for the right rug to tie my room together, I am incredibly picky so its been difficult. I finally found the one and was beyond excited, it was the last thing for the room. Placed the order, everything was confirmed. It was supposed to show up and then I got an email stating my order had been cancelled. I emailed them multiple times, no response. I tried calling them for days, was placed on hold and then hung up on before I could speak with anyone. When I finally got someone they could barely speak English and were incredibly rude. They wouldnt give me a reason it was cancelled, nothing. I went to rebuy the rug and now its sold out. Im so disgusted with this customer experience. They cancelled my order after I was supposed to receive it, and then were impossible to get a hold of and so RUDE when I finally did. No apologies, no reasons. Horrible. I will be shopping elsewhere always.
I received my rug with no invoice at all. After it was too big and too thin I decided to return it. I was going to be charged 139 dollars for a 279 dollar rug. There is no info of this on the website. I would avoid ordering from this company again and wish I would have known this in the future.
I just called to ask for return instructions for two rugs I purchased which were of very poor quality. I was then told that I would have to pay $49 per rug to return. When I was told the shipping expenses were listed on the web site, I went to the site and could not pull up any instructions whatsoever. The headings did not open nor do any current reviews by customers.
I'll never do business with this outfit again. I'm not sure what legally constitutes " false advertising" but ethically, this place is clueless.
I ordered a rug from here then immediately (30 minutes later) realized I had ordered the wrong size. I cancelled that order and ordered the right size. Both rugs were shipped to me and I was charged for both. When I contacted the company I was told that to cancel I had to call or email them. NO WHERE on the order confirmation did it say that. I processed the return of the wrong rug online 30 minutes after ordering it and no where was I alerted to call or email. I was told that I would have to pay myself to return the rug - over $100 to return it! I have complained to my credit card and to BBB.
Customer Service is horrible, they promise and you never receive. We ordered a rug and we received damaged. Cannot get a return prepaid shipping label from them. I have contacted the BBB
My true and experience is a very bad quality rugs and poor customer service. If you buy a rug, you lost your money.
I bought the wool rug. The rug lost so much wool, and continiue to lost. In the room is dirty. My son have a heavy breath.
But the customer service didn't help me. It' deceitful company. You may to see, that you can to write a tue about a rugs on Rugs USA Facebook page, they accepted only 5 stars reviews. People lost money with this company.
Note: I received an email from Rug USA today. It's below. This email means - no any warranties, you buy "cat in a bag". Safe your money, don't buy in Rugs USA.

I purchased this rug as a gift for my wife. I still haven't opened it from the packaging, and realized this is the wrong size rug. I tried to exchange and they refused. I'll never order from here again.
I ordered four rugs from Rugs USA. Out of the four, two of them were ok (and I mean just ok) the other two looked nothing like the pictures on the website and were worn out and faded. After calling several times and being disconnected and emailing for a return slip (which they one sent one) I was no longer able to return the rugs. I will NEVER buy from this site again. Horrible experience and out $500
Terrible customer service and quality. They refuse to let you exchange a rug that is falling apart after less than two months
It has been an entire month and I have not received my rug. The other two took 3 weeks. No help was given by their customer service. I was was told that I would get a call back 3 times in a row and no once called. I also wrote several emails to their customer service department. Geraldine told me that I could not hold for a supervisor as they were all on break?!?! She then hung up on me. She was the one who answered the called 2 days in a row. Terrible service and terrible company.
I decided to buy some rugs from this company because of a sale and the recommendation of some friends who have never had problems. Unfortunately I have had enough problems with this company for everyone. First - they will ship rug pads first and use that as an excuse to bill your credit card for the entire amount. Then - they may or may not ship your rugs until you call to complain. Some of your rugs might be on "back order" and it will take another 2 weeks plus 10 days for them to refund you - (at least I hope I'll be refunded). Then they will ship two rugs with the same UPS # - at least that is what they tell you when you call. They say they will call UPS - seems they never shipped that rug after all but it is on its way now. Oh guess what - UPS lost your rug and the company can't do anything about it until their investigation is complete - which will be about 10 days from now. Everytime you call customer service they will not have any information to give you - they say they will call you back in 1 day. It usually takes 2 and they only answer half your questions. I will NEVER order from this company again and will file a claim with my credit card.
Beware, this company has no ehics. I am about to call my credit card company to report a fraudulent claim! My order is ws*******! If you do not refund my full purchase amount now I will be forced to report the claim! You sell me 2 products that go together! You send the one product that is of no use to me! You did not ask if that was okay! I want my credit card to be credited for the full amount of my purchase!
We order multiple rugs at a time and are always pleased with the selection and pricing. The clearance rugs are always a good deal and an easy shopping experience.
I've ordered time and time again from RugsUSA. I've used them in my own home and to style flips for my side business.
There's nothing like finding a beautiful rug and saving 70 to 90 percent. There's also a great selection.

Worst shipping speed and customer service of any company I have ever had the misfortune to send my money to.
I give this an easy 5 stars. The clearance section for area rugs is unreal. I paid under 60 dollars for a 6 x 9 rug with free shipping. Not even shopping at Ikea can beat that price. The designs are modern and the quality was excellent for the price. Shipping took over a couple weeks but it was free shipping so I cannot complain.
Answer: The better price!. And now, with my experience, the prompt replies and customer service.
Answer: This is not a good business to buy from. They offer free shipping, but they make you pay for returns. Once you place an order there is no window to edit the transaction. I also requested to cancel my order if the address could not be requested and two phone reps refused.
Answer: You really don't want a bigger rug from these people. Read my review. It will arrive folded and ruined. Shop locally.
