2nd time ordering this curtain, 2nd time I had to pay for the same product.
I was even challenged on the dimensions by their so called (engineers) that my dimensions were wrong. The curtain fit perfectly! Coveralls should of made it like this the first time. Not the same company that I ordered from in 2021. They had my original PO but couldn't duplicate it!

The covers are of a high quality and tailored to fit neatly on our outdoor furniture. We see the furniture from our living room so it was important that the covers did not look ugly. We were very please with how they look and that they feel sturdy and well made. Note that we went for the Cover Rite fabric, so can't speak for the other materials.

Customized fire pit cover with logo. When an issue of size and location with regard to logo fitting between the seams, customer service called and emailed the layout and dims for me to approve before fabrication. That met my expections and product delivered as I had envisioned it to be. Thank you

I ordered a custom size rectangle dog bed. They were very prompt with delivering my purchase. The fabric is beautiful and the size was perfect. There were 2 small items that needed attention and their customer service team was right on it and made the corrections. I ordered four tarps to fill the openings of the (four, screened) window areas of my screen porch. I provided precise measurements for each. The products arrived in good time and are of good quality, but all four were too large by 1 1/2 to 2 inches. Special effort was needed to make them fit to their intended areas.

I needed a cover for a cantilever umbrella that can be tricky to measure. The designers workd with me through various iterations of the measurement process to assure accuracy. One thing they did was first craft a picture of the measurements and then sent me an email. I was not expecting this since you usually place an order and expect to receive the product. My initial response time to the design team delayed me receivng me the product since I was not expecting them to present a degin for my approval. I am grateful that they did since it was more customized. The cover itself has a little more width room than you might find but I wanted to make sure that it was not too tight and did not fit. This room does not impact the viability of the cover protecting my umbrella. The cover is well made and I see it lasting well through our New England winters. While this product was a little more expensive than I had originally paid for, it was important to me to protect my umbrella from the harsh winter elements since it remains outside all year round.

We used Covers &All previously for our outdoor kitchen grill and furniture. The covers held up well to the elements in the AZ sun. The grill cover fit perfectly and looked better than the original cover from the grill company.

We were given multiple emails about the product being shipped. The plastic finally arrived about 6 weeks after first expected. Normally, I wouldn't care about that late delivery, however we wanted to install before it got really cold here and actually enjoy the porch.

If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, Covers and All will send a replacement Cover with priority shipping at no charge to the customer. We also offer a refund for the total amount. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a refund or reproduced Cover. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery.
