The online design feature is very easy to use and helpful. I used a png. File design for the back and had to create a design for the front. This was extremely easy to do, and the T-shirts came out GREAT!

I've ordered t shirts, hoodies, and hats from 3 different companies now and Rush Order blew them all out of the water, way faster than any one else, quality material, and even when I changed the design on the back after order was already placed they were more than happy to change it, crazy part is they sent me the original design I got it barely a week after I ordered it it looked good but it wasn't what I wanted I wanted the other design tht I sent afterwards when I contacted them to see what could be done they completely remade the order the way I wanted for free they didn't make me feel like I was complaining or asking for free stuff like the other places when mistakes were made. I won't be buying any custom anything from any where if it's not Rush Order from now on! Thank you for great service!

Everything was great. The making of the product and even how the sweatshirt came out when I received it in person as far as the designe went. Very disappointed in the fact that it came pre stained with a black goo like matter on a white sweatshirt. Seeing as how its packaged in their own packaging I can only assume it is from their factory and not the ups store.
