Our experience with Zazzle was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. We were charged twice for our order, and the submission process was so problematic that we were promised the entire order would be expedited to make up for the issues. Instead, Zazzle expedited only 1 shirt out of 7, which is completely unacceptable.
When the order finally arrived, 3 of the shirts were in the wrong size—despite the order being placed correctly. While they did issue an "instant replacement," they were not proactive at all in ensuring the replacements would arrive before our clearly stated deadline. Each time we contacted them, we were promised follow-ups that never happened.
To make matters worse, Zazzle offers no phone customer service whatsoever. The only way to contact them is through an online chat with 20–30 minute wait times, which is beyond frustrating when you're dealing with time-sensitive errors that were entirely their fault.
And unbelievably, the replacement shirts that arrived late were once again sent in the wrong size. At that point, it was clear this company has serious quality control and customer service failures.
Between the double-charging, broken promises, missed deadlines, lack of accountability, and repeated mistakes, Zazzle proved to be a terrible company with ridiculous customer service. This entire experience was a complete joke, and we will absolutely never order from them again. I strongly recommend others look elsewhere if they value reliability, accuracy, or basic customer support.
I found a nice selection of motives appropriate for my grandchildren. I decided to order hoodies for them, but was disappointed that they did not offer the same color choices as the T-shirts. I ordered the more expensive print because it looked much more vibrant than the regular print, but was disappointed when I opened the package, because the print looks more like the regular one with more muted colors. I also expected the motive itself to be bigger. Ordering was easy and delivery quick. If it wasn't for the very limited color choices for the hoodies and the vibrancy of the print I would've given it five stars
We are spending our holidays this year on the beach. As we live in the desert we wanted to find a special "Ocean Vibe" Christmas Card. We went right to Etsy and we were introduced to Zazzie. Beautiful selection and so easy to order. They had wonderful choices on paper, font, envelopes. Our order was delivered quickly, packaged so all was protected, and the colors, are so vibrant, all was perfect like we had ordered. I would recommend Zazzie to everyone and we will use them again. We are already getting positive feed back on our cards from family and friends. Thanks Zazzie!
I have pictures of my grandchildren commemorating the current year put on Christmas ornaments. I can add my own caption. They turned out great.
The ornament I "created" had 6 pictures on it. The photos I chose to put on there were professionally taken and were very clear. When receiving the ornament, the pictures were so blurry I felt like someone looking at a paper that needed glasses. Even my 17 year old said the same thing.
These ornaments were just what my daughter wanted of her 3 children! Both sides printed with excellent quality. Very surprised with how quickly they arrived!
I was pleased with the cards. The colors were vivid and a good thick cardstock, and the whimsical design is great. I love the rustic vibe. Will buy here again.
The online program to custom design my card was very easy to work with. The delivery was very timely, much quicker than I expected. I uploaded all high resolution pictures. I chose the "high definition" upcharge as a printing option. However, I do not think all the pictures were as crisp as they should be. Additionally, a few of the cards had some bleed/blemish onto the white part of the card. This was the area of the pre-made template that did not include my pictures or customizations. The fit in the shipping box was quite tight and several of the lower right side corners of my cards were slightly bent. So all in all great design and design process, but some of the fulfillment details (printing and packaging) could be improved.
My son loves his new ornament! Great quality, fast shipping, and perfect print! Every year my kids get a new ornament that represents something they accomplished that year. This was the perfect ornament to represent mutton busting!

Can be a little confusing when designing something and wasn't quite sure what some of the options were or what would actually appear on the finished/delivered product but price is reasonable and had no issues with delivery.
Not only did our invites arrive pretty quickly but they were so simple to customize and so cool that we were able to add a qr code

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
