Because of this positive experience, I will be recommending ROT to people i know if they are ever looking for custom designs and will use ROT in the future when the need arises.

The hat received has a very cheap press on logo that looks like it will fall off in a month. Also, i had a request to have a smaller version of the logo centered on the back of the hat. Very disappointed with the lack of communication for the special request and also the quality of the logo on the hate. Will not recommend this website to anyone.

I worked with two different customer service reps while building out my bulk order of Ringer Tees, which we'll use for employee uniform tops. Both were very helpful and very responsive. I waited till the last minute because I could not find a local screen printer to return phone calls. I found Rushordertees.com. I designed my shirts. I was nervous so I called customer service, they helped me with my order and assured me I would have it in time. I got the tshirts a few days later, and they were perfect for the party!
