Got the order super early, but on the 3XL shirt you guys did not upscale the prints, they literally used the same size print from the large shirt and applied it on the 3XL and it looks terrible.

Thank you so much for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with your order. In custom printing we use the same size design across all garment sizes. We do not resize the art to proportionally fit on each size, this would come at an additional fee so we max out the print area as large as possible to fit on the smallest garment.
I want to thank Justyne for working with me to help get my order squared away. She listened to my concerns and was able to resolve my issues in a timely and efficient manner. I am looking forward to receiving the shirts on Monday and wearing them for our Bar Crawl on Tuesday,

I left a previous review that I was disappointed in the shirt size, print size, and the print being off center. Without my asking, they sent me a brand new larger shirt printed perfectly to scale. That was an awesome surprise. Great service!

My order was promptly delivered and the logo work was exactly as I had designed. Unfortunately, the shirt selection I chose in my size arrived and was waaay too large, coming down to my knees! I checked on getting it exchanged and Rush Order Tees customer service immediately set up the exchange, in a smaller size -- can't wait for it to arrive. I have never had a poor service experience with this company.

I am very picky with things. Josh walked me through my purchase of some embroidered jackets. He was very patient and stayed with me, as I made sure I had the right style. I would not have made the purchases, without his help. I know the whole world is going on chat bots, but Josh made me feel like I was there in the store. What an asset to your company. He has empathy, and true care for the customer's needs. I will spread the word about this company to my worldwide company.

I received the t shirts I ordered today exactly as stated (expedited). I want to tell you how amazing they look! My grandchildren each drew a picture to put on the tees for our family vacation (littlest kids pic had to be cutdown because I ended up putting on sleeves). They are 8, 7, 5 and 3 and each of them is so excited that their pictures are on a shirt! They really look good. I didn't know if sizing was true so I ordered a few extra just in case but they are perfect! Thank you so much for the great looking shirts!
