I absolutely love the user friendly interface of your website, the prices are outstanding and quite competative. I will certainly be conducting future business with this website for all of my camping and outdoor needs. As far as the solar battery maintainer, it has yet to be installed. I tested it on an automotive battery but it never did charge it to 100 percent. The battery is old though so it is an undeniable test. I feel the battery minder will do just fine to keep my car battery maintained.
Was hard to locate on internet. We have been looking for replacement gears for the Lippert motor that we already have but none were available. I called your company and gave all the info to the person and never heard back from her. Had to order a whole new motor anyway.

Like your product selection, prices and free shipping BUT order process required I enter shipping address and credit card data more than once after I entered a different shipping address than my billing address. Indicated changed shipping location required re-calculating the shipping cost (which was free anyway)and then wanted billing, shipping and credit informaton entered all over again.

Good. Tracking link in email does not work. Need to add.asp to the hyperlink after tracking. Only draw back was having to pay sales tax since you are located in Ohio.
