I wish you guys would ship USPS. Duty and customs charged by third party shipping companies are legal theft. For this reason I will not purchase anymore unless you guys can ship with USPS.

Ordered some Sunbrella fabric that other vendors quoted 10 days for delivery, I received from Salrite in 3 days!

Parts arrived exactly as ordered. The slowest part was the New Zealand postal service. It took four days to get from Auckland to Whangarei which is no a great distance; it is only a two and half hour drive!

Sailrite is my go-to for all of my covers - winch covers, tiller cover & sail cover - for our summer home, 33 1965 Columbia sailboat, named Ruby!

About half the amount of dough and poles were not included in the price.
It was not a small part, but a fabric etc.

I expect you to send it properly.

I have contacted customer service regarding the issues I'm having with my order. I received a bent frame and incorrect bolts. I can not put together the sewing machine.

Whenever I have any small issue (need a rush order, need help figuring out what part to order) sailrite is always so helpful on the phone AND via email. They are great and I am obsessed with the support team and products!

There is a Flaw in the fabric I could not cut around it and had to use the fabric as the customer is waiting for the job. Delivery took a little longer than I expected.

Aside from receiving my order in record time, I was very impressed with the detailed instructions -- including photos -- and thoughtfully labelled parts included with my order. In addition, I corresponded by email with Eric at Sailrite, prior to placing my order and he was extremely helpful. The Sailrite website is also filled with very useful info and videos.

I paid for Fed-Ex shipping for approx 10 samples. Worth the extra cost to receive the samples quickly.

Filled out the survey after placing my order and within 24 hours had a response to my question. This is the way customer service should work. Thank you Sailrite for the followup. This is one of the reasons that I bought my machine from you.
