If you happen to make a mistake on your order... forget it. No way to change online or by calling the company.
All I wanted to do was change order, but was told no, had to order twice at $75 extra shipping fee only to see that both orders went out at exactly the same time. You got my money once but why twice... never again and web site looks like such a personal CO.
I will.use these guys for all.of my clips.and nylon webbing. Unbeatable prices and great service. I will definitely recommend Sailrite. Hopefully, if you guys need group health insurance, you'll come to me. Thanks for the service.
My order was shipped complete on same day. Goods arrived well packaged and in perfect order. Unfortunately, I had to ship and pickup at a border location in NY state because rates for shipping to Canada are excessive.

I have had it less than a week, but the first two projects turned out very well. The machine made the projects much easier and took less time as a result. I would suggest a couple of minor changes to the package. I would like to see a built-in receptacle for the light (and a better quality light or even a built-in light) and a metal thread spool holder rather than the plastic one. These would definitely improve the overall impression of the machine. As it stands the attachments seem like an afterthought rather than being part of the very carefully thought out and designed machine.

As a dyi sailor I really like using Sairite for their prompt delivery. Having the ability to order samples prior to sending in the big bucks isna great plus.

This is my 1st experience on ordering on line from US, and I can say I'm very impressed by the service quality and clear tracking way. It looks basic, but just offering a link to TNT/UPS tracking webside directly on the payment validated form is a must!

It is easy to order product and my experiences in the past have been satisfactory. My last order of several yards of Sunbrella arived in a plastic bag. Not in a box. The bag was filthy and appeared to have been crushed at some point. This is not the way to ship product in my opinion. I have not used the product as yet. I hope it is usable.
Website was easy to navigate and order from. My go to website for sail cloth material. Definitely will order from them again.

I ordered fabric samples since computer pictures can vary from actual product colors.
I am glad I did so as one of the colors was not anything like the picture. I chose to send the samples by regular first class mail and it took almost 2 weeks (13 days) to reach my destination. The quality of fabric looks good and I do intend to order from Sailrite. Hopefully, it will get here quicker than the samples.

Hi Brent, I will need the order number(s) to look into this for you but I wanted to clarify our process. We do change and add to orders all the time. But if an order is already in the picked or shipped stage our customer service people cannot make changes to that order since it is already through the warehouse. When this happens and a second order is then placed on the same day it does appear that both shipped at the same time since they will be picked up by the FedEx truck on the same day. So the point in time of not being able to change an order is once it is picked in the warehouse. Prior to that we can alter the order in any number of ways. I hope this makes sense.
