Wat een verschrikkelijke ervaring! Ik heb op 3 december 2025 een bestelling geplaatst en tot op de dag van vandaag geen product ontvangen en geen geld terug. Het begon met vage trackinglinks die niet werkten, daarna bizarre excuses zoals "de bezorger heeft alles gestolen" (echt waar?!), en vervolgens wekenlang loze beloftes over een terugbetaling.
Ondanks meerdere e-mails en duidelijke deadlines, blijft het bedrijf mij aan het lijntje houden met standaardteksten als "we waarderen uw geduld" en "het duurt 5-10 werkdagen". Inmiddels zijn we meer dan een maand verder en nog steeds geen cent terug. Dit is niet alleen onprofessioneel, maar ook een grove schending van consumentenrechten.
Mijn advies:
Blijf ver weg van deze webshop! Ze leveren niet, ze betalen niet terug, en hun klantenservice is een ramp. Ik ben nu genoodzaakt om een chargeback te starten en een klacht in te dienen bij de Consumentenautoriteit.

I don't know if it was because this was my first time purchasing from them but my items came so fast I ordered FIVE items and received them in a week! Surprised the HECK out of me.I was satisfied with what I purchased. The prices were reasonable. I just hope when I order again I get the same treatment, because I'm about to order something else next week :)

My package was stolen and I was told they will not refund my money or send me a new one. They provided me the UPS claims contact and UPS HAS NO RECORD OF ORDER BEING SHIPPED BY THEM. If you buy from them and something happens they will not replace order or refund your money. If I could I would give them 0 stars

I tried a few weeks ago to order a dress. It said my card was declined. Im thinking this is strange. I have money in the bank. Then I said I will try and order it again. Maybe cos I tried to order the first time during off business hours. I tried again to order the dress. It says my card is declined again. I'm thinking this is weird and has never happened when ordering. I decided to check the website. Company is located in Hong Kong. Yikes! Then I looked at the customer reviews of disattisfaction. I will take my business else where.

Saledress is a horrible company (in China not USA) and fraudulent website. The quality of their clothes are absolutely horrible. I ordered two sweatsuits and the first red flag with the fact that there was a 20% promotion for new clients. I did not get the promotion it ended up being 10%. The second issue is that I received a return item from another customer, as new items come from the international warehouse for this international company (as this is not a United States of America company that we are patronizing). The third indicator that this company operates fraudulently and does not respect customers is that they lie to me about producing the other sweatsuit, as I was only delivered the return item from some other customer. Today now almost a month later, I still have not received the second sweatsuit. The sequins sweatsuits Is poorly made and cuts into your skin. I have not received a tracking number or confirmation that the second sweatsuit has been made and shipped. I keep getting emails from zoe(at)saledress.com, And she keeps on quoting a 3 to 5 business day and 7 to 14 business day policy that has long been exceeded and I still have no product and they refused to give me a refund. Sell dress.com is a very bad company, the quality of their goods is poor. And their customer service is nonexistent. It is a company out of China and if there are any problems with your order you really have no alternative as I am still fighting with him and it was super cash app just to return my money for the other half of my order that I still have not received. SALEDRESS is a company out of China, that scammed me and took my money. Beware of Saledress(dot)com.

I read all of the 5 Star Reviews on saledress.com which stated true to size. Well I'm a size 16 in pants/5'7 and ordered a size XXL, thinking it would be too big, which was ok because I have a sewing machine and I liked the outfit just that much. I could barely get my leg in it. I ordered an XL in a different jogger and it fit well and was the right color. I'm not happy with this purchase and will be returning it. I submitted a return and still have not heard back on how to proceed. Their return policy is not to my liking. I'm use to Macy's and Amazon and no run around. I will not be purchasing from them again. The 5 Stars are definitely misleading. I submitted a review that was not posted. It still states all 5 Stars. It is not ok to mislead customers into purchasing your clothes with misleading 5 star reviews. Be careful purchasing and do not believe all the 5 Star reviews. One of my joggers ordered was true to size, cheap material but I only paid $10 for it. Red Flags because my real review was not posted and my refund hasn't been submitted. I have enclosed pictures of what I received and what I was suppose to receive. Item looks better in the picture.
