July 28, I ordered a washer and dryer online. On August 4, the delivery team arrived with a damaged dryer (the door of the dryer was completely shattered). They never unloaded the item, just took it back. The driver filed a claim and told me that Samsung would call me regarding the replacement. I never received that call, but on 3 days later, I received an email: "We delivered your shipment today. We hope you are enjoying your new appliances!"?
It was then that I contacted customer service for the first time. The rep told me he would put in a replacement order (it seems reasonable I expected this to have been done 3 days ago!) The email confirmation stated: "Your replacement request was accepted and will be delivered on Aug 26. We'll pick up the original appliance at that time". August 26? That's 1 month after I placed the initial order! (And there are no appliances to pick up, dryer was never delivered) Had I known that delivery could take 1 month, I would have bought my appliances at the nearby Home Depot! I contacted customer service again and was assured that a "High Priority" has been assigned to the replacement order and that someone would contact me within 24 hours to arrange an earlier delivery. Again, no one contacted me, nor did I get any further updates regarding my delivery, I was completely in the dark. I contacted customer service several times in the following days, but that too only yielded many promises but no results.
In addition, the delivery also left much to be desired
According to their website, standard delivery includes: Delivery of unit to Consumers' home and room of choice, unboxing, inspection of unit and debris removal. But when the replacement dryer was finally delivered on August 26, none of the actions promised were fulfilled, they just unloaded the dryer and put it in our garage
I will never again purchase a Samsung appliance nor would I recommend their products to anyone else!
Attn: Please heed this warning. Do NOT buy any Samsung refrigerators. There have been known defects for years with both the ice maker and the flesh food section not staying cool and keeping food at safe temperatures. Samsung is WELL aware of this, there is a class action lawsuit as well as groups of over 100,000 people demanding a recall. People are getting sick, medicines are going bad, breast milk is spoiling and people like myself have spent hundreds in repairs only to have to problems happen again within a few days. Samsung refuses to do anything about it. Their canned response is, it's out of warranty, sorry.
Again, do NOT buy their refrigerator. Save yourself a ton of money and the chance of getting food poisoning.

I bought the newest Samsung laptop, Book 3, for 2600 dollars. The computer starts overheating and smoking, leaking acid. Customer service is horrible; they refused to do anything. I'm spending 4 every day with them no luck
Decent hardware but the software is not updated after 2 years or so. My QLED TV, even though fairly recent, has stopped receiving updates and I'm kind of stuck with old apps. The competitors that use Android TV still churn out updates and latest version of the important apps are available.
I thought I was purchasing a good quality refrigerator from a good name. I paid 3,000.00 for this with a warranty and several repairs has been made to the ice maker and still having problems without offering a replacement. I will never purchase another product from them. Including electronics

My issue is my, Z Fold 4 warning camera failure/sudden turn offs, and restarts automatically.
The people from Samsung care center, they have mentioned the phone might not function as before, the 3 cameras was replaced with a place near where I live in San Diego CA, a place to get it fixed, ibreakyoufix they replaced them and still don't work also they didn't find out what was wrong with the sudden turn offs, the device is still under manufacture warranty, called Samsung again I sent it out, after a long discussion with an agent explaining that the phone is $1800 and it's only 9 months old, he refused to send a new device or a store credit, he asked to have it sent to Samsung to get it fixed which is I did, they did fix the cameras now they function but it's not stable not the quality not the picture, with same automatic restarts and shut off, i called Samsung and mentioned about store credit or new device, still have refused to do either while the phone is under manufacture warranty, they asked to send it again to get it fixed, so people stay Apple is better thanks.
Don't buy anything from Samsung if you are living in the US. Their warranty service is the most terrible service in the world
Very poor after service. Request for Repair of oven registered on 12th August 2023 but no one contacted till date. Very very poor.
TV broke after only couple years and garbage service was even worse. Wasted my time on customer service and then offered me a free repair but took it back after I gave all my personal information. Trash company.
They misguide on discounts, product cart value changes on final checkout. Then i received faulty product for which they didnt accept replacement request. I had to go to customer care where they took 2 hours to inspect and then they took product for replacement. Now they have asked to again check for replaced product next week which i will again have to go and collect. I spoiled 1 entire day to give product and now will have to spoil 1 more to collect. Its there fault but i had to suffer.

5 years smart TV went to the garbage! Customer Service wants $120 just to step to your house for diagnostic! No płace to go for any advise, waiting for domenie pick up the phone hours, and never, no one solves the problem.
Over one year old expensive refrigerator has a not cleanable shelf, no one can help. Samsung wats $120 just to see that shelf. Maybe that "technician" will give me advice how to clean it or not for additional $90. The dirt is not reachable, and shelf is created wrong way. Do not buy Samsung product!
It took me about a year to finally poney up $1,000 for new phone, beings I already have three. Made the purchase. Got an automated invoice and then one email a day later saying order was delayed.

I bought a Samsung M31 Prime mobile in the year 2020. It was working well, but in 2022, after a software update, my phone started restarting again and again automatically. It was also making some loud sounds sometimes, and it looked like it will blast in few seconds.
I formatted my phone, but issue was not resolved. When I searched on the internet for any troubleshooting/resolution steps, then found that many of the Samsung's M and A series phones are having this manufacturing defect and it's a motherboard issue.
I went to nearby Service center and asked to check it. They checked it and said, it will cost Rs. 6828/- to change the mother board. I said that it's Samsung's manufacturing defect. They told me to contact Samsung Customer care. Then I called Samsung Customer Care no., they suggested to send it to Service Center, and if there is no Physical or Liquid Damage, and Job Sheet has this thing mentioned then we will repair it.
I did the same and Job Sheet have the comment mentioning "No Physical/Liquid Damage". Still, Samsung Customer Care Executive and Senior manager refused to repair it. I also requested to repair it at lower cost if not free, but that also was refused by them.
Now, I don't have any trust in Samsung or any of the Samsung products. And I swear not to buy any of the Samsung products in my life.
Bought a tv and was damaged at there shippers warehouse-they called me and said not deliverable.I took off work that day not happy.They then had to wait 10 days to ship back to samsung to get refunded.I was expecting a tv shipped out not a refund-thats not how they do business.The customer service number is horrible cant understand anyone and there managers are fake just regular employess.No way to get ahold of corporate they are a joke.Lg has way better reviews and thats the way im going samsung you made a 5000 dollar error and i will tell everyone how bad you are.

Purchased TV July 4th 2021. June 2023 stopped working. Called customer care. Told me to take to their service centre to see what the problem was. Service centre report stated defective part. No damage to TV and no fault of customer. Called back was put over to Executive Customer care. Was told to e mail report. Did that, only for them to say Tv is out of 1 year manufacturer warranty and nothing they can do. E mailed back asking is this how Samsung stands behind their products etc. 10 days later, no response so called them again. Rude arrogant person just kept reading the script that out TV was out of 1 year warranty and I will have to pay for repair or replacement. Why have me e mail report. So Samsung sells a product with a defective part and says too bad so sad, fix it yourself or buy another less than 2 years after purchase. Terrible customer care, does NOT stand behind their product. A complete scam! Will NEVER purchase another Samsung product. From what Ive read throughout this ordeal, less and less consumers are buying Samsung products as quality has gone down so much, customer service is non existant and the samsung brand name means nothing anymore. Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
