I have been dealing with a broken tv for over a month and fighting for the repair. I never received the proper send out for repair, we were bounced around and demanded the fault of the issues was on our end. I explained I have a camera in my living room to prove the damage was absolutely NOT on our end that it was a manufactured defect. I had to pay for geek squad to come out and again have Samsung deny the repair even AFTER the tech watched the video. I will NEVER buy anything Samsung again nor will I recommend the service side of them. They were rude, confrontational and didn't care that the tv is only 10 months old and was paid in full for over 2k. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. I will not ever buy from them again.
Once you have spent money with this company not interested in support or parts for your item this isn't the first time either. I have now decided I'm am going to take my £1100 tv that's only 2 years old to the tip. And I will no longer be a Samsung customer no better feeling right now than to get away from this company
Reviews are bad anywhere you look when it comes to samsung. Take what others are saying and stay away you have be warned
Sansung created the foldable phones which are too pricy and they work only for a short period of time… about one year. Many of their foldables does not work just after their warranty period of one year and their repair cost if sky high, making one regrets getting a foldable in the first place…
So if you r thinking of getting a Samsung foldable … think twice… u will regret once u have one.
Samsung is the best phone is flexibility it's easy to use and I love it I have been using last 15 years and they always good but don't like the edge on the phone like Galaxy ultra s22 are either or any Galaxy
Been worst experience with Samsung products. After covid the delays were not enough that the products were compromised of the quality as well. Our built in combo oven-microwave which was more than $3K price, after waiting for more than a year for the delivery, finally when it comes had manufacturing defect, foam popping out of the inside glass of microwave, After that the door plastic snaps, and now the customer service denies to repair it.
Not sure where their customer service center is, but none of them understand or communicate properly, seems they just read the screen and repeat the same thing over and over again. "Sorry about your issue and thank you for calling" are their sentences all conversation, without understanding the actual issue and how it can be resolved. Talking to customer service of SAMSUNG IS LIKE HITTING YOUR HEAD TO THE WALL. They keep repeating the same thing over and over again.
Even corporate is nothing better, had more than an hour with claim center manager Paula, being a manager also has no idea how to talk to customer. She was very rude, ignoring whatever we said, felt like she is there to just fulfill the formality of calling back regarding the complain with the same intention, of not providing any service. Very sad, that can't trust these Samsung products quality or service they provide. Will prefer other brands any day after what we went through with such an expensive product, not worked even for a year and now no service provided.
All S. Korean consumer electronics, appliances and cars are P.O.S. I will never buy S.K. Junk for the rest of my life. That includes Samsung, LG, and Hyundai.
My husband and I have never been subjected to such poor service.
We ordered 4 x curved Samsung screens from the online store a month ago. We selected a delivery date (prompted by the online platform I must add), waited on the day, and received nothing. We followed up with an agent who advised us that although they offer selection of a delivery date, it can actually be up to 30 business days for delivery and is courier dependant (still struggling with the logic of this but it is what it is). Back at work the next day, and we receive a notification that delivery attempt failed. We had no idea we were expecting the delivery. Delivery was rescheduled and we lined up for the next date a week later. No delivery happened. We received a mail to say that Samsung can't service our order because there's no stock and they are processing an urgent refund (strange courier had previously tried to deliver our screens, and on this occasion there were no screens - suggests Samsung resold our screens - ethics in question). We wait out the 7 business days, as per the mail and hear nothing further. We receive a mail to say our screens will be delivered (now we're confused), no delivery takes place. We follow up with an agent who is just as confused as us however assures us we should ignore mails regarding delivery, the order has been cancelled and we can expect a refund within 30 business days (over a month for refund - not sure how this is reasonable, but hey, we don't make the rules). We wait the 7 business days. We receive a mail that our order will be delivered (but we ignore it as instructed). No news on refund. We follow up with Samsung. We are told something went wrong, order was cancelled but no refund processed. Money in the ether (frustration levels rise). Even after providing the ticket numbers and asking that the phone calls (which you are constantly reminded are recorded) are reviewed to target the agent who confirmed refund was being processed, we are told Samsung is very very sorry. Process starts again. We now need to wait 7 business days for confirm of refund process, followed by refund in 30 business days.
Samsung has sat with our money, and our 4 screens for over a month and clearly think this is okay. We think it's more like theft.
Stay away! I would give them zero stars if it was possible.
Bought an entire set of kitchem appliances from Samsung.com. One of the dishwashers was delivered dented and scratched. I called in to ash for a replacement. The customer service keeps giving me an excuse that the supervisor is not availbw and will call me back to assist which that never did. I have been in contact with them since June this year and called at least 10 times. Finally yesterday the supervisor came on the call and within few seconds she hung up on me. Will never buy Samsung products or recommend anyone to buy Samsung.
Worst customer support.
Staff is misleading the customer...each and every time...talking to the customer care executive...they say we cannot help you...sorry sir sorry sir...each and every time I got that answer...very expensive service...not to recommend samsung in whole of my life...very very poor staff they are hiring
Purchase new washers machine and in 10 months it's stop working making loud noise, then leaks. We call Samsung, first they offer repair company, who's never showed up. Than they offer E- coupon - also never been issued. After three months of waiting they telling me it's out of warranty they can't provide with any help any more! Minus - 10 stars! No more Samsung products in my house! Never trust Samsung!
Samsung does not stand behind their product, word, or customers! We have been lied to, hung up on, laughed at, and told to act "professional". Our tv is 2 years old and has went out completely. We have been told several different things, and none have proven true. Now they want to low ball us and rip us off by taking the product as well. We will be getting rid of all our Samsung products and will never purchase another Samsung product ever! You Samsung deserve a zero rating!
I've been trying to have my TV looked at for almost two weeks now, with Samsung fighting me every step. First they told me it was out of warranty and that took 3 conversations to fix (purchased November 2022, 1 year Samsung warranty AND I purchased an extended warranty from the place where I purchased it.
Then trying to get a service appointment has been a huge headache. They want to schedule you a date, not a time, and sorry (not sorry) but I work full time and refuse to take time off for a TV to be looked at. I had an appointment today between 12 and 2 where I would go home for my lunch when the technician was at my house, but the technician NEVER showed nor are they answering my texts which is infuriating. I'm so tired of fighting with Samsung on this. I have had this TV for less than a year and my LG TVs are several years old and still work.
Do NOT buy a Samsung TV. I will write this review everywhere.
I purchase a Samsung Bespoke refrigerator from Sam's Club. All delivery and installation was thru Samsung. They clearly state that delivery and installation are separate. They delivered the refrigerator without including the part needed to connect the waterline. I called to schedule the water line install which should have taken 1 day. 6 days later no waterline install no part sent. All I get is a run around on the phone they keep sayIng they are escalating the ticket. And give them 24 hrs and again nothing. Then I call and get more transfer, wrong numbers to call and still no installation. They are even trying to blame the delivery company who has no responsibility but to deliver. Their customer service is terrible. Don't buy their products on line
Samsung Fridge RS265 keeps failing, replaced all sensors, heaters fans and control boards, several times all trims etc. look perfect. And the freezer still very warm (55F). Reset the fridge (unplug fro 5 mins minimum) over 10 times, still bad, Even though the heaters and control boards were tested good. Called Samsung stating the only thing left is the compressor must be bad and It should have 10 years warranty, several tries with them, and they deny the warranty stating it is only 1 year. I went to BestBuy to ask, and the sales person stated you should have bought LG they last a lot longer. Well, This is the 2nd newly owned Samsung going to the dump. It is ashamed that after putting over $375 is parts on top of the purchase price, it is all gone, the parts that I still have for photos are the control board and the freezer sensor. Edited the mail purchase / delivery info to remove personal stuff
Sent my $239.00 earbuds for repair. SAMSUNG said they would refund purchase as they had none of a current product to replace them. All SAMSUNG has done is make poor excuses then promised a bogus refund. One of their representatives Cristian pleaded with me to trust him. That was a waste of my time. They promised a link to Citi Bank for the refund which has never materialized although they emailed me 10 days ago saying it was approved and would have link in 3-5 days. That was a lie. My son who's dealt with SAMSUNG customer service laughed his rear end off and said "Good luck you've been suckered. They always dissapoint"
I purchased a z-flip5 during the pre-sale promotion. They sent it via FedEx, but FedEd returned it to them. Instead of contacting me, they cancelled the order. I spoke with support, and they couldn't match the pre-sale promotion at the time, but advised they could do a price match once I took delivery. I was unable to choose to pick it up at a retailer, so their rep input the details and sent a link to the cart for me to pay. Well, she changed it from a t-mobile to unlocked, and changed from a 512GB to 256GB (I didn't notice). When I tried to get the price match, they advised they couldn't price match because the carrier and the storage were different. So they expect me to pay almost $200 more for a phone with 1/2 the memory.
Garbage products that don't work as advertised, are fragile, and won't last you 3 years. Add poor customer service, and terrible tech support, and ypu get Samsung. Pure trash.
I bought a z fold 4 phone from samsung about a year ago and after about 10 months my phone wifi broke down and I sent it to samsung repair center. After about a week I got the phone back and the wifi was fixed, but when I looked at the phone I saw a lot of scratches on the front display. The display protector had been on the phone since I bought it, and it was still on when I sent it to the Samsung repair center, but when I got it back, there was no screen protector on the phone.I immediately contacted the Samsung service center, and they said they were sorry and would fix it if I sent the phone back to them, so I sent it back to the repair center. A few days later, I got an email from them, and when I checked it, they wanted over $170 to replace the face display on the phone. Obviously, the repair center accidentally scratched a lot of scratches on my phone, and I was angry that they wanted money when I was still under warranty, so I called the service center and asked why they wanted money, and they connected me to the repair center and talked to the repair center supervisor. The supervisor of the repair center said that my phone had many scratches from the beginning, which is ridiculous, and demanded more than $170 to fix it. Despite my repeatedly explaining that my phone had a protective film on it and that there was no protective film when I received it, the samsjng repair center manager kept repeating that there were many scratches on it from the beginning and that he could not fix it. In my opinion, Samsung is a company that thinks that it is enough to sell products. I told my friends about it, and they all cursed Samsung a lot. Don't buy any Samsung products.
I shopped for a bright room TV. Online experts said to get newest Samsung QLED TV. It was over $1000 for 43". It was delivered. It would not boot when plugged in. Hours on phone with Samsung, had to re-box, lug to FedEx store to return. Customer Service didn't care., totally up to me to deal with this piece of crap. DON'T BUY from Samsung online. They really don't care after sale.
My mobile phone was accidentally dropped in a wheelbarrow which was wet and dirty and it corroded the charging point.
It was sent to Samsung by the phone retailer where we had bought it and were on contract with. They backed up my entire phone to the Samsung cloud as required.
The repair was not done under warranty and took several weeks.
When the phone was returned to us, we took it back to the retailer who was going to restore the back up from the Samsung cloud. No data was found, the back up was not there and also my account was deleted.
Have spent hours on the phone with Samsung who admit to a 'glitch' but are completely unhelpful in terms of what they can do to find my data, or compensate me for the loss of my entire history of contacts and images which are irresplacable.
