Ordered November 18th 2024 it's may 26th 2025 sent several emails and called many times to answer to anything never received my item!

They will take your money but they will not make your ring or contact you afterwards. Many emails from many accounts but they will not respond.

Ordered a ring and sent them 3 emails and phone calls and have yet to receive ANY response at all. Wondering now if this was a scam.

On Sept 4th 2924 my husband placed an order for a firefighter ring and has the order number. Today he has received nothing, no tracking number, no expected delivery date. He has called and emailed several times, no return email and the phone rings then finally a message comes on and you can leave a message. Never to get a return call. Poor customer service just TAKES YOUR MONEY THEN SCREWS YOU. Shop on Amazon you'll get better service. Then they want you to upload your receipt. I can't, I have to do this all over again

I've tried every contact available with no success! They ripped me off $90. Do not order from them!

I ordered 3 months ago! They took my money and never sent anything! I have contacted them 4 times, only to get 1 response back asking my information then poof they disappear again. Do NOT give these people your money. Essentially, your giving it to them to provide you with nothing!

I ordered a ring on 6/29/23 and my order still says pending. I have called, messaged and emailed them numerous times and no response! They have a website which I ordered from also have an Etsy shop which I also messaged them on they responded on the etsy message to email them I did 3 more times! They have a Facebook page I sent a message they sent an automatic reply to email them at *******@scorejewelry.com extremely frustrating need the ring for my wedding on 9/24/23. Definitely a shady business! Want my order or money back!

Do not order from this company. I ordered an engagement set on 5/31. My order doesn't show up on my account with them, and my card was charged. Despite sending them 5 emails asking about my order status, they have not responded. This company is a scam and will take your money.

Possibly a scam site, I have made a purchase, since card has been charged I have not been able to get in touch with company. Have not received product and the site says I don't have an order pending when I have an order number.

I placed an order on May 6th, 2022. I waited 8 weeks, then sent an email to inquire about the rings I ordred, no response. Waited 10 weeks then tried again to contact them through email, website, and review website. Finally got a response to email them. I sent an email with order number and date. Never heard back. In the end I had to go through the pay app to get a refund of my money. I would have loved to receive the rings I ordered, but it looks like this company just takes your money and runs.

We ordered At the beginning of July 2022 the wedding was a few days ago, all we can get out of customer service is "Processing" if I could give them a lower rating I would.

I placed an order for a personalized ring on 9/2/2022. I understood that the turnaround time on their site states "2-3 weeks, sometimes more." However, we are not 5 weeks out and I have not received ONE response to their customer service option on their website. The messages started out kind enough just asking about status of my ring I ordered and ended with my placing a request for refund today from Paypal as well as one fifth and final message via their customer service option on scorejewelry.com. I wish I had researched this company prior to placing this order. I would not recommend simply based on the fact that there is absolutely no way to find out anything about your order. If a company cannot reply to a simple request for information, that is a problem. Additionally, I also reached out via their etsy store and only heard response back when asking about a product. When I included questions about my ACTUAL order, I heard zero response. Not even a "we can't help you here since you placed order on website." Not one word back from this company about my order. DO NOT USE.

I purchased a set of ring on October 19,2021. As of today, September 23,2022, I still have not received my order. I have reached out to Score's customer service numerous times. I have any received 1 response.It was to ask me for my order number. There has been no response. On their website it show my order is being processed. I have asked for a refund since they have failed to fulfill my order. But, no one has even bothered to respond. If they can't fulfill my order then give me a refund.

Got it about 5 months after last update. Not bad looking but don't think it was the one I ordered so.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered on two separate occasions from this site. Shame on me. First time it took 4 months to get the ring I ordered, after I was okay waiting a while because they did say longer wait times on their website AND after I emailed them a few times to get a tracking number. Beautiful ring, my partner likes it a lot, took me a long time to find a design that really suited him. Ring was larger than ordered, but even if it was the correct size it would've been a little too big. That's my bad, I'll just order another one, right?

I ordered in May of 2021. It'll be MARCH 2022 in a few days from now. Gave them the benefit of the doubt "Maybe it really does take 3-4 months because they are so busy" Well.

NINE MONTHS LATER AND NOT EVEN AN UPDATE!

I have sent SO many emails, SO many filled out customer service forms, and even tried contacting on other platforms like facebook and etsy. For a couple of months I couldn't even log into the website because there was an issue with the captcha that read it was a site problem. There customer service is terrible. I just want the ring I ordered and to close the chapter on this.

If you order from here, please keep in mind that it's possible you won't get your order and that it's impossible to hear from anyone on their "service team". - and good luck.

We placed and order Jan 2022 and waited the 2-3 weeks processing time before reaching out the status of our order. After many emails and form submissions for customer service support unanswered I messaged them on Etsy. Jonathan informed me since it was an order placed on their website he could not help me to find the status of my order. This company is a scam. Do not attempt to purchase from them.

This ring was amazing! Especially wonderful customer service when the ring came too big for my fiancées finger. Will definitely buy from this shop again (especially because I'm sure my fiancée will lose/damage his ring in no time, knowing him, and need a new one
